It is June 20th at 12:45PM. Whoever the manager at this location is really needs to reward an employee. I didn’t catch her name but for some reason, she was running the whole thing by herself. Rocking it and cranking out sandwiches and anything else people needed. While of course it wasn’t “freaky fast” by any means, I was in awe of how despite having the stress of an entire store on her shoulders, she managed to stay positive and quick. Kudos! Delicious food as ever!

Employees are very rude, especially the girl that was there i think she had orange hair, she stared at me and didn’t even ask what I wanted to order. She had an attitude the whole time, also she put my food on the counter and didn’t hand it to me as a normal person would. If she wants to be rude to everyone she shouldn’t be working. I most likely will not be returning to this location.

Jimmy John’s Flowood location closed at 4:50 when their hours go till 7:00. Was looking forward to a nice sub when we looked through the window and it was pitch black with a locked door. Very disappointing.

Jimmy John’s is better off shutting this one down. Customer service is horrible. I walked in with the most unwelcoming “can I get your order?’, I felt like I worked there instead of her, in comparison to my approach and engagement. I recommend training the staff, or hiring new ones that actually enjoy working in a customer based establishment. The cashier was very nonchalant. Unsure if her name, but she has orange hair.

Neither of the staff there bothered to greet or thank me for my purchase. The cashier guy was on his cell the entire time while taking my order. Didn’t even looked at me. Acted annoyed to help me. Never again. No one was there when I went in or when I left. Now I know why.
