There are not enough good things to say about Jimmy John’s as a whole and also this location. It all started during medical school and then later in residency. During crazy study sessions and a lack of motivation to grocery shop, I would very regularly turn to Jimmy John’s as a source of sustenance. Thankfully, they were right down the street and we’re always super fast to deliver. I could always swear that by the time I put the phone down the sandwich is already at the apartment. Many years later, they still never fail to deliver. I’m always impressed with the sandwich quality, they always come stuffed! At one point previously, I got to know several of the drivers because they would come out regularly. Over the years, I have not ordered as much. However, I still come to them and a pinch and they always deliver for us. I highly, highly recommend giving this place a shot if you have not. My sandwich du jour has to be the spicy Italian. Previously I would go with the gargantuan. However, it is a lot of sandwich!

Awesome subs! They are , in fact, so fast you’ll freak! FREAK YEAH BOI! I love Jimmy Johns. My family and I ate at the one on the other side of town when it first opened and didn’t care for it but they have definitely improved! ( I mean I do have to cut the one on the other side of town some slack because it was like the second day they were opened ) Jimmy Johns has by far the best subs I have tasted!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received at any restaurant ever. Very unprofessional staff and rude. The owner is worse. I was misquoted a price for catering, and then they would not honor their quote. I would have been willing to pay more for the catering had they have been not so rude and called me a liar, but once they did that I wasn’t paying anything. The owner called me about the misquote and did absolutely nothing but make excuses. He also asked if I had called other places and got other price quotes (insinuating that I was dumb and obviously got confused on who I put an order in with)..when in fact I didn’t call anywhere but here! Their corporate office told me this particular location is privately owned and they couldn’t do anything except make note (with their other complaints they had) they were very professional and apologized and said that is not how they handle business and also ask that I don’t let them ruin the Jimmy John name and persuade me not to not ever go to a Jimmy Johns again. I will still go.. just not this location.

The GM here is very unprofessional. Our catering order was misquoted and the employees refused to do anything. So the GM called and said he would not do anything about it. And tried to say we were lying and he refused to try and make the situation better. Please don’t go here! If you choose Jimmy Johns go to another location that has better customer service and that appreciates their customers.

Jimmy John’s staff and restaurant itself were great. The gas station it’s connected to is terrible and made me not want to eat at JJ’s. Bathrooms are disgusting in the gas station and JJ’s customers have to use those restrooms. Might reconsider location.
