Ordered online got a completely different sandwich, tried to call up there and they just let the phone ring for however long and didn’t answer. Tried to call in a little bit later and still no answer from anyone within the shop. Usually like to order from this place, but this is probably one of the worst orders/service I’ve had with this place so far. I wish it was as reliable as it used to be.

This is my local JJ, so I don’t like to say this, but this place is a disaster. I’d say 20% of my orders are wrong or take so long to get here that freaky fast is not on the menu. I no longer will order from them. Keep driving and find another if you want JJ and are by Baxter ave.

Christian was AMAZING! I came in right before closing as he was cleaning up shop, and he was extremely polite about it! He did not make it feel like a burden at all, and we even had great conversation! He made everything neatly, and he even threw in a good suggestion for my sandwich. He made the experience there great and the sandwich was great.

I placed my order today at 11:18am and didn’t get my food until 11:57am only bc the janitor brought my food to me. The driver dropped it off in the wrong location so I take it your drivers can’t read huh. And on the receipt it says where to drop it off at.

I don’t know whats going on with this location but my orders are messed up about 50% of the time. Here is a pic of what a turkey little john, add avo, pickle and cheese cut in half looks like (missing tomatoes, lettuce and came with surprise onion).

Sure, I can relate to a few of these reviews as a local that orders from here more often than I care to admit . But let me tell you, today I went in to pick up an order with two of my kids, and my 4-year-old son, whom we suspect has some potentially severe sensory complications, had a complete meltdown in the middle of the store that resulted in a really bloody nosebleed (something that happens when he gets really upset). I was so stressed, and the staff could not have been more loving, supportive, helpful and compassionate. I will absolutely continue to support this JJs. I hope they read this and know how grateful I am!!

I’ve been a longterm customer here through orders and this place has just gone downhill. Forgotten items, slow delivery, and the shrinkflation of everything makes it not even remotely worth it anymore – while I blame most of this on corporate oversight, there’s still no excuse. On my last order earlier today, they forgot both the chips and cookie after it arrived a half an hour late. I called about the items, they said they would have them delivered, then they called back 45 minutes later to say that “camera footage showed they had been put in the bag and that they wouldn’t be delivered.” No clue what bag that was, but it sure wasn’t mine. I remember just two years ago, they cleared up some forgotten items no problem and with excellent service to boot, a great contrast to today’s service, if you can call it that. I’m not pretending this is something abnormal these days, but I sincerely hope they get some people who’re actually up to snuff down the line, as I won’t be ordering from this location again for a long time. I suggest anyone else who doesn’t like throwing away money to do the same

Absolutely fantastic. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the most beautiful and friendly people. Ordered a #4. Wow! They used the mayo scoop, three tomatoes with less than a quarter inch between them and just the right amount of lettuce.
