One of the employees was having a bad day and taking it out on the food. Slamming stuff cursing. All I could do is pray for the fella. The vibe in there was not comforting. If you hate your job then quit. There are other jobs. Negativity just like positivity goes a long way.

Worst service ever. I ordered two slim subs and they came fully dressed and the manager said I ordered it wrong. Wouldn’t give me a refund. No sir, the slim subs come plain. Learn the menu.

One of two things always happens. I’ll order for delivery online and the site will charge my card but not send the info to the store, so I sit and wait and never receive my food even though I paid. It’s happened twice now. And when I call and place the order, it’s always delivered promptly but they always forget something silly like my drink or chips.

I called twice and they just kept telling me the driver was busy. Took over 1 hour to get here. I would have ordered something else if I knew It would take this long. Not so “freaky fast”. They didn’t really care either when I called. Sandwiches were hot and not even eatable.
