Same Old Me
We usually order from here and unfortunately this time our food came a bit late and the chips had to be delivered separately which arrived 20 minutes later. This was our first bad experience as all the order prior to this have been perfect in every way.

Was super excited to come here as the one I go to at home closed due to staffing issues. Needless to say was not the best experience. Ordered food and the cashier automatically just added the pickles I ordered as the sides to the meals then couldn’t get that I wanted chips and the pickles as extra. Food tasted ok but for the price I should have gotten more lunch meat in my sandwich. One slice of two meats is skimpy at best.

I went in today, ordered for myself and my child, then was told they wouldn’t take my cash. I had a $100 bill they said it couldn’t be cashed. Seeing as they had 2 registers going at the time, that seems like a dumb reason to lose a sale. That was all I had on me so we had to eat elsewhere.

Freaky fast? More like freaky slow. Placed an order at 6:35 pm and I wait for 30 minutes before I call the store and ask for an update. The manager tells me that they didn’t have a delivery driver, but they didn’t bother to call me. So I wait another 20 minutes and the food never arrives so I call to cancel. I was told this delivery driver is “notoriously slow”. Then I get a call from the driver saying that he’s been walking around the parking lot for 15 minutes. What? Just order pizza. Ridiculous.

The person who answered the phone took my order very quickly and politely, and answered my many questions. My driver was here in less than 5 minutes and my order was not only correct but fresh and delicious. Shout out to Dylan for excellent service. You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!

This used to be a pretty efficient location to go to. However, went there today and there were exactly 3 customers in the store. More employees were sitting around than working (sure, some could have been on break…but who schedules breaks for multiple employees at the same time?). I could tell the two customers in front of me were already getting frustrated and I found out why. Guy making the sandwiches was literally stopping every 10-15 seconds to talk with co-workers. It got to the point where the one female employee had to remind him at least a couple of times people were waiting on their food. Kudos to the female employee as she seemed to be the only one in there with a sense of purpose. I often go to this location because it’s right next to the grocery store I shop at….but I’ll be changing that after this visit.

Horrible Attitude! The employee that was wearing ear buds really doesn’t want to be there. 10/11/2022 at 5:00pm. She is not a good hire. I never leave bad reviews but she is not helping your business. You are better off having a long line then putting her on the cash register. If looks could kill….she just looks at you and no facial reactions….no thank you, no nothing. I own a business and I’m just sharing this information so you will know and hopefully she doesn’t cost you too much business. Plus barely wrapped the unwich with the paper and did not number them. We will have to unwrap 4 different sandwiches to figure out whos who.
