Don’t bother with this location. Order online and still only get half the order. Then call same day and manager is supposed to add store credit to phone number and go back 3 days later to be told by different manager that nothing was noted with my phone number .

The staff at this location are incredibly unprofessional and very rude. They constantly mess up orders and when you call to get it fixed they act like you are asking them to donate a kidney. I ordered a sandwich from them a week ago and asked for it to be delivered and the delivery driver had the audacity to ask for a larger tip after a gave him a $5 bill.

Ordered a veggie. With oil and vinegar. Halfway thru I realize there’s no avocado. Tell them I don’t think there’s avocado or oil and vinegar on my sandwich. JJ rep tells me there’s oil and vinegar but no avocado and do I want any avocado? No apology. Weird that you know you didn’t put it on there as I am still sitting here eating the sandwich. Why wouldn’t u put it on there? Glad I stayed here to eat and leave my experience.

Ordered my food for delivery. I work in the same circle at Brownsboro. I ordered it for 12:15 and it took until 12:55 to get to me. When i called to check on it the lady got combative. I was not trying to complain I was just checking. Not very pleasant experience.

This was my first time trying Jimmy John’s and was also the first time for my friend who dined with me as well. She had the tuna and I got the #9. Everything INSIDE my sandwich was Fantastic, the bread however WAS NOT! It was like trying to chew a rubber band, tasted about the same. I wasn’t a big fan of the chip selection either. But I can Officially say I have tried there and my friend I both agree…. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!! NO THANK YOU!!
