I wanted to order delivery but it kept routing me to pickup even though I was less than 3 miles away. I called the store and was told 2.7 miles might be too far away depending on the direction. There wasn’t anything that popped up saying I was out of area. I only realized it when I reviewed the order. It would be easy to miss.

It was our first time at Jimmy John’s. We came in based on an ad on the website for the caprese sandwich. That promotion was over that was our first disappointment. Then we literally waited 27 minutes for our 2 sandwich’s. There were only three people in the restaurant so the holdup must’ve been for to go orders sandwiches were ok, my husband got the spicy italian. There were literally three hot peppers on the whole 8 inch sub. We will not be back, Penn station is much much better.

The sandwiches have been decent. They are nothing to write home about, but the meat and bread are generally fresh. The service at the store in Danville is poor and the employees are rude. This is the third time my husband went in and had to beg the employees for a bag. He had a take-out order, and the employees were bagging everyone else’s order. When he asked, they just pointed at the counter. There is no reason to single one customer out and act that way. We won’t be returning to this location.

Freaky slow delivery. I live maybe 6 blocks away and always order about an hour before I’m actually hungry because it will take them that long. Don’t bother clicking “cut in half,” they probably don’t see that option because it’s never happened. Order a pickle? Might actually make it in your offer 50% of the time.
