Busier than usual, however their fountain drink machine tastes dirty. Like really bad. It could have been that they were busy… but I think the person who made my sandwich was training. A larger man with man breasts and a terrible attitude towards everyone was killing the atmosphere. I assume he was the trainer, who was serving me. My sandwich had barely any lettuce, which is the biggest food ingredient in this sandwich, their classic veggie.

Ive got a comment about Store JJ2110 order #20541096064712704. I work at UK hospital, My order stated it was being delivered so i went out to wait on it, after 15 minutes the tracker said it was delivered, i called and was hung up on, called back put on hold for 7 minutes till i hung up and called back, finally got someone that said the apps are frequently wrong, i asked the status and they just said they were very busy and i would have to just wait on the driver to call me. 15 minuted later it was delivered. Now is the real reason im commenting, went to put a little extra mayo on the sandwich and my wifes BLT had Phlegm on 1/4 of the sandwich. BTW, we are both nurses eating in the nurses station and all the other nurses in there agreed as well that it was snot. The wait isnt the problem even though i prepaid and left a tip but the rude response and ultimatly get food with snot on it leaving both of us not trusting the sandwiches is not satisfactory.

If l could give this place a 0 stars l would. I called to let them know l paid for a sandwich that had hardly any tuna as l requested. I even paid extra for more tuna…. Manager who answered the phone was initially patient and listened, then she grew rude and inpatient. She asked the employee who made my sandwich was l lying (while talking to me). Then added l am siding with my employee and would add a $3 credit to your number, and then changed it to $5. I said ma’am l have no reason to lie. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. All and all l wouldn’t recommend this place if that’s how they treat customers!!

I ordered from this location a few days ago and never received my entire order and it was definitely not a “freaky fast” delivery. I ordered a combo with a drink. The driver dropped off my sandwich and apologized for the delay. I sat down at my desk and realized he didn’t leave my drink. I was at work so I ran down stairs and outside to see if I could catch him. I saw him and was able to get his attention. I said “I didn’t get my drink”. He said “I was going to bring it back. I dropped them. I was going to bring it back”. Not sure why he didn’t tell me that when he dropped off my food. If he would have, I would have been more understanding. My coworker actually ordered JJ a little bit later (from the same location) so I figured they would bring my drink with her order. They just dropped off her food and not my drink. I never received the drink.

Ordered a Veggie sandwich with ONLY lettuce, tomato, light mustard, and light pickle. Repeated it. Got home with my sandwich, only to see cheese, cucumber, and mayo. Went back, repeated the order, and I said they could even put extra lettuce and tomatoes on it since there was so little on it otherwise. They remade the sandwich. As they were making it, they asked, would you like cheese? No…and I repeated what I wanted…again. They handed me the sandwich, and of course I checked it this time. No tomato. Seriously? He added a couple of slices of tomatoes (certainly not extra) and handed it back. No apology. Is it THAT difficult to ONLY put lettuce, tomato, light mustard, and light pickles on a sandwich???? *sigh* There’s just no pride in work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Here I am at 10:30, when I ordered my food at 9:16 to be exact. I’m sitting 0.2 miles from this location and have sat on my porch watching a jimmy johns car pass 3 times. I’ve called and all they said was there’s only one driver, I get people are short handed, but let me know before I order and wait this long…. and leave a tip BEFORE I receive my order. Its not like it’s even a weekend, it’s a Tuesday night.. I finally received my order at 10:40

Jimmy John’s has always been a go to for me. Bc, as they say, they have always delivered freaky fast. But this location takes an absurd amount of time. So absurd that I’d rather get in my car and get take out rather than enjoy the convenience of having food delivered freaky fast ☹️

I ordered a Caesar wrap and a cherry coke through the app. It took an hour to arrive and when it finally did, my drink was spilled and warm (ice had melted) and my wrap was completely soggy. Not sure what the problem was today but I was very disappointed

Sitting in my car to write this review before I even leave the parking lot— this store has got it going ON! Terrifyingly fast, accurate, and the best staff ever! I have never walked in and not been greeted with a smile and hello. Never have I ever left without exactly what I needed and a kind greeting as I leave. TOP notch service. Way to go, JJ’s on Euclid.
