Waited 30 minutes for my online order and called the shop to inquire when I’d receive the delivery. They informed me it would be about 45 minutes. Over an hour wait for a mediocre sandwich is not “freaky fast”. Also I was charged nearly 20 dollars for a soda and sandwich I never received.

Our order took almost an hour to get to my house and after it got here I was missing the other half of my giant sub. I called and the guy I talked said “he made the order and put it in the bag.” After I told him numerous times I didn’t get that half of the sub he offered to give me “credit” towards my next order which I told him no. I wanted what I paid for. They re delivered my other half of the sub and the driver told me she had made the sub and put it in the bag herself. I’m not a huge fan of being called a liar. I’m very happy that they fixed the issue but not happy at all with basically being called a liar by two different people. Might not order from here again. Just thought others would want to read my experience with this location. (Never once did I have a issue with this location until tonight)

I have been to this location many many times, and I can say without hesitation the entire staff is incredibly friendly. You get greeted with a loud shout of welcome when you walk in and all the way through the experience. Also, the food is always on point! It’s refreshing that a fast casual concept offers consistent on quality and hospitality!

Jimmy John’s as a chain is pretty consistent and solid. This franchise location is easy to get to and always clean with friendly staff. I don’t like that only one person was in the restaurant tonight – give some concern about worker safety and wellness – but otherwise a good experience for our family of 3.
