I was greeted and welcomed with a smile by Tish. The sandwich was perfect and service was better! I was having a bad day but was inspired by Tish and Stephanie’s positive attitudes. I ordered a Turkey Tom unwich received a big mound of lettuce where’s the turkey tomato I added pickle didn’t even have mayo. I literally had to pull lettuce off to find the slice of turkey. Biggest unedible waste other Jimmy Johns are better attached is half the lettuce mound because I had nothing to eat on the unwich. And I never signed up for eating a half a head of lettuce. THE WORST.

Excellent. I wanted a turkey wrap but got it on lettuce and it was delicious and light. The husband got an Italian and it was also delicious and the roll so soft. Driving through Kentucky and was not disappointed

manager was really rude when i asked if i could bring my order back and get a refund for it when it wasn’t what i wanted, he said he would only refund the drink because it was watered down and suggested that maybe next time i order a drink with no ice.. when the drink i ordered actually had no ice. he went back and forth with me on the phone for 5 mins straight. when i said i can come back up with the food again then he could give me a credit for the food, when that’s what he could’ve said at first but he wanted to argue. he wouldn’t tell me his name and it’s because he knew how bad his costumer service was. so i’ve made a call to cooperate they will be investigation into who this manager is and will not be back at this location!

It was okay. Not sure what all the hype is about but I’m picky. I didnt realize all the subs automatically come with lettuce, tomato, etc. so I had to take mine back up, thinking it was incorrect. They went ahead and fixed it for me is the reason I gave it three stars. My kids thought it was okay as well but said they like subway more (blech!).

It took over an hour to get my order. They forgot part of the order. I had to wait for them to go get it. Then they didn’t bring my drink. The sandwich was not made right either. The manager refused to make it right. I will not visit this Jimmy John’s again.
