The subs are absolutely delicious no doubt. I haven’t been JJ’s in quite a while due to my disgust of what the owner does as a sport. Hunting exotic animals should be a world crime with a heavy prison sentence. However my daughters wanted it so I caved. The club lulu was my go to before and it continued, perfect sub . I do like the fact they offer cheap versions of their subs if you just want meat and cheese. My youngest daughter only likes the meat, cheese, and bread so I enjoy a cheaper price lol . The kettle cooked jalapeño chips are very tasty, I highly recommend. I would like to see the subs a little bigger for their price.

In the past I didn’t like this place because my sandwiches didn’t taste good and the employees lacked customer service. I recently ate here and this place has done a major turn around. They are under new management and their bread was so soft. They had great customer service and the sandwiches were made correctly. Their service is a little slow (I assume because of all the new staff) but it makes up for the sandwiches tasting great. I will definitely eat here again and tell people about my new experience with this place.

We stopped here during our cross country roadtrip because its right off the highway and WOW we sure do regret it. Wish we would of read the reviews of this location first. We got there at 8:30 and were greeted by three of the unhappiest workers ever. Maybe it was because we came at 8:30, or maybe they just had a bad day but even the short interaction was rough. We felt so unwelcome we has to ask if it was ok if we sat down to eat. They gave us 2 napkins and then got ignored us as we waited at the front counter for 10 minutes to ask for more. On top of that our sandwiches were drenched in vinegar and not made properly at all. We ate what we could as fast as we could and just threw the unedible part away and ran our the door. We love JJs and are past employees of the chain so sucks to see locations this that are just miserable. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

There was one person working doing everything. He was very nice but you could have hurt someone bad with the sandwich that we were served. The bread was so hard it couldn’t be eaten. I really like Jimmy johns but because of this bad experience I won’t go to one again for years, if they are still in business.

Second time in a month I ordered Mini Jimmies for a large gathering. Mini Jimmies are six 8″ subs cut in half and boxed. The last 2 times i ordered there were 12 sub quarters in my box. Basically cut the order in half. They must be cutting corners. Any other Jimmy John’s they do it right, but this one is the worst. Poor quality and lack of integrity. Better sub places down the street.

Just ordered a lunch box special and it was so chinsey. Far from worth ten bucks. Got a slice of meat one slice of cheese and one piece of bacon. And three pickle slices. Husband got the same box but a turkey sandwich one slice of cheese and one slice of turkey what a joke full cost of both was 23.06 what a joke that is. Will never eat there again. They didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else on the sub. And that price is without drink’s. California prices with a baby serving. Now I can tell you why subway is better than they are. Shameful.
