This Jimmy John’s has gone downhill the past 6 months. Everytime I have ordered food here, there is always something wrong with the order. Even when we don’t make a customization on a sandwich, something is either added or the wrong sandwich all together is made. If you are on this side of town, you are better off going to Penn Station or Subway for a sandwich.

Ordered sandwiches and asked for additional bacon on both and cheese on one. Not only did the bacon not make it into either sandwich, but the cheese I asked for (and was charged for) did not make it on either. I was literally right there in person and asked for both so I really don’t see why this should have been an issue.

If I could give zero stars I would! I placed an order for delivery. My location was pretty close to the Jimmy Johns & I did not receive my meal until an hour & half later. It should never take almost two hours for a sandwich regardless of you all being short staff. If that was truly the reason, then don’t accept any more orders until you’ve found yourself more help. But to make matters worse, I was told that I would be receiving a refund due to my long wait time, and that was a lie. I haven’t received my money, and then you all tried to blame it on the bank. I have escalated the situation to corporate, but unfortunately you all are a franchise and again it is back in your hands. Thanks for lying about giving me my money back, I will not be returning.

Ordered boxed lunches for a business meeting and had them delivered. I paid the delivery driver a cash tip. Started doing my expense report for work and noticed the charges didn’t match up on the credit card (I was charged an additional $10). I called the location and the GM (Jose) informed me that the charge was for an additional tip (which I did not sign for or authorize). He also informed me that the charge was too far out and I’d have to dispute it with the credit card company instead of the location. I will not be using this location for future business lunches as this has been a headache. Please see attached photo.

Great service, and loved that they have a drive-through at this location, taking current events into account. Fiancée and I tend to have ridiculously complicated orders/modifications from their usual menu items, which are often misunderstood, and seldom actually fulfilled; however, they guy taking my order over the drive-through comm ( just now, at 11:20 pm CST, January 7) got it right immediately the first time! Props to you, guy!!

This place always serves up a good and hefty sandwich exactly the way you order it. I like the no frills approach to their business model. The service is always good here as well. The staff will always offer to cut the sandwiches for our kids in half, which is very convenient since the second half usually ends up in a lunch box the next day. A sandwich, chips and a drink will run you about $10.
