Super fast service and a wonderful staff. They were quick to get us taken care of and out the door on a hectic day. The bread is fresh and all ingredients are top quality. I had never had them before, but this will be my go to of choice in the future for sandwiches or when I need a quick meal for the family. Everyone is always in a bad mood. I walk in and no one greets me so I wait until someone’s ready to take my order. The rude teenager finally comes over to the register and instead of saying hi, he just raises his eyebrows like it’s inconvenient I came in. They never cut the sandwich in half when asked. Never!!!! Then he openly griped that I didn’t leave a tip on the credit card reader. I mean, come on man. What happened to the days where a top was for doing a good job?

Stopped in to this Jimmy Johns for a quick sub. I was the only customer in the store, but was rudely told they wouldn’t help me for at least 30 minutes because they prioritize online orders and they couldn’t step off the line. You’re entire value proposition is that your food is ready fast.

I order from JJ bi weekly. This location has really been slumping. it took 2.5 hours to deliver my food last week and no comp no sincere apology. Kinda rough. 2.5 hours during the work day is kind of inexcusable. I hope they resurrect because as sub shops go I generally like JJ.
