I went through the drive through yesterday for lunch. I ordered the usual. I was then asked if I wanted half ice in my tea. I said no. I asked for a foot long Turkey. She then asked my what I wanted to drink. I also asked for 4 sweeteners. She said they didn’t have sweeteners. Then someone corrected her and she admitted they did. I knew they did because I am there once a week.

So the sandwiches would have been ok if the bread had been fresh, it was so stale on both sandwiches. I had debated on getting it corrected but after reading the customer service experiences of previous guests I don’t think there’s any point. The staff I interacted with didn’t seem like it would have made a difference anyway.

Worst experience ever. I had an experience with a manager who was on a power trip. She was completely rude, Unforgiving, unbearable, and just down right bitter. I have never been treated more rudely in my life. She refused to give me her name stating “she didn’t have too”

It was a Saturday afternoon, and my girlfriend and I were feeling quite hungry. We decided to order some sandwiches from Jimmy John’s, a well-known chain restaurant in our area. As we placed our order over the phone, we noticed that the person on the other end of the line was acting strangely. They seemed to be whispering and giggling with someone else in the background.

Ordered my sandwich at 545 when no one was on the store or drive through. I waited 45 mins and it still kept saying it wasn’t ready on the site before calling. I was assured it was ready and to come on in. The drive thru was loaded with cars so rather than wait an hour to get to the window, I went inside.

Went inside to dine. No one else in the restaurant. Stood at the cash register to order for several minutes, then was told by a very rude staff member that they were busy and she would get our order as soon as she could. After several additional minutes, the phone started to ring and the employee who could NOT take our order “hustled” to answer the phone and proceeded to take someone’s order on the phone! Meanwhile 2 staff members were walking around the kitchen area doing nothing. We left without ordering.
