I went into Jimmy John’s after my workout & tried the seasonal Beefy Crunch sub & it was amazing.. The woman who was working compared it’s flavor to a Big Mac & actually it was pretty close. Will be back to buy again before it’s gone 5 stars❕

We ordered from here often, maybe 2 times a week for years now. However, today we ordered a sandwich with advocado on it. From the pictures, it looked great. Now, however, when we get the order, we can’t find the avocado. I called them to see if I can get it fixed. When there have been small issues in the past (maybe 2 times in several years), they always fixed it “freaky fast.” Today, it was not the case. He said, “well it is between the chesse slices you have to look for it.” Really, you do. I think there was half an ounce (I did not measure it but come on). I will post a pic of my sandwich with the advertised sandwich and let you decide for yourself.

I’ve ordered from this store many times and haven’t had any issues. Today I called to check on my order after over an hour of waiting for it to be delivered to be told that my food was marked as having not left the store however it wasn’t there at the store. The explanation given was that they were short staffed and that the delivery driver never checked out of the store but the food was on its way. That’s totally fine. I get that. However, about 10 minutes later I get a call from a business letting me know that my order was delivered to their building. So I call the store back again and after a convoluted conversation with someone at the store about my order I was told they had a delivery driver at the store right then and they would have it remade and sent out to me right away. Frustrating but ok they’re making it right. About 10 minutes later I get a call from someone at the store apologizing about delivering my order to the wrong location and that my order was being refunded. I question if it was out for delivery and was told no, it wasn’t being remade or delivered because the person I had talked to before had not told her it was to be remade and sent. That was the final straw with this. I totally understand that places are short staffed but the follow up on this situation was very disappointing and definitely cost this store a previously loyal customer.

So regularly this is a great store with great people and drivers, but for one of my more recent orders I ordered delivery to my place of work from the app, so I think this is a delivery driver from the location. But my foods packaging smelled so strongly of cigarettes the scent was still hanging in the air well after the driver had left. it had also been 40 minutes since the app had said it was out for delivery, but I understand stuff happens. it was just truly very gross and i don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

So no surprises here, this location seems well run and is fast (as the advertisements claim). The food is fresh, but sometimes I feel the quality of the ingredients could be a bit higher. For example the bread is made daily, so definitely not dry, but it is pretty plain white bread. Meats and cheeses are fine, but are definitely of the high volume variety… meaning they taste fine but nothing special. However, for a good sub fast, it’s still a good choice.

Evelyn was super nice and personable! Helped me sign up for rewards so I can get a free sandwich next time ! Was super fast ! Reminded me to not forget my chips ! Food was prepared super fast ! Great staff ! Good job Evelyn, you made my day and made a great impression for me about this location! Well definitely become a regular lunch spot for now on! As much as this sounds like “she’s doing her job” she is, but she’s doing it great! She showed that she cares about me and my time and my money! No bad attitudes anywhere at this Jimmy johns! It was great!

Went here a few days ago. Unwiches are pretty skimpy compared to other locations, and they wrapped the wrapper into the lettuce?? So I had to pull it rip it open and them try to eat it and everything was just dumping into my lap.

I ordered two subs told him that we want to split the two separate orders he comes in and I’m busy with the guest . my friends gives him his money for his order around $12 .then you to tell me that the total was $18 and some change . ( mind you I’m still checking in a guest while this is going on) I hand you a $20 you ask how much of this can I keep? without me even thinking $18 hold on that’s obviously both of our subs together . He knew it and continue to take the money and go. like there’s something about being a good person. He has about $15 in the tip. No honesty with people anymore .
