So I think it’s time I leave a review. I stopped coming to this Jimmy John’s for a long time because of a personal hygiene issue with one of the employees. It just wasn’t an appetizing thing for me so I just stopped. I decided to order again and come in today. I’m assuming the sandwich maker was the one that was sitting on the sandwich making board while he was on his phone. I wasn’t greeted and everyone just looks so miserable. The place really needs to be scrubbed real good and I do believe that personal hygiene should be highly recommended to anyone who works in a restaurant especially if you were delivering peoples food to them. Food is usually fine, on par with other Jimmy John’s locations. But this place is NEVER fast. Delivery takes more than an hour every time I’ve ordered from here (sometimes 90+ minutes).

Ordered a delivery order for 6 adults and two hungry toddlers. Was taking awhile so when we called to inquire they told us their delivery drive was not there yet (this was 30 mins after they opened). So we said we’d just come pick it up. The girl told me that she was going to cancel and re ring the entire order so that we would not be charged delivery (duh!). When my sister got there she said “that’s not what I said.” So she lied. And gave us a credit. (That we can not use in the app and only can use at this location and have to call). Unacceptable. And where is the driver?! Call and let people know at least. Now our food sat for how long ?!

Absolutely terrible. Not this specific location, but Jimmy John’s in general. 90% bread, 1% meat, 9% garbage. Unable to toast anything. Tuna fish is horrid. Run from this place any chance you get.

The man that made my sandwich smells so bad, I want to throw out my sandwich. It can only be described as old cigarettes and clothes that need to be washed or just thrown away. The sign on the door says “smells are free”. That’s not what I expected. Very unappetizing.

My wife and I ordered two subs from Jimmy John’s for delivery. When the delivery arrived they had gotten our order incorrect by mixing up the ingredients on the subs. I called in to let them know about the mix up and to see if they could remake the order. When I spoke to the representative from Jimmy John’s, she seemed to distrust that the order was incorrect and she did not apologize. In addition, she asked that we send the incorrect subs back to them with the delivery driver. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for our food to arrive and the order was still not right. The service was poor and the policy to send the subs back is wasteful and ridiculous. We will not be ordering from this Jimmy John’s anytime soon.

These guys need a raise. Every time I have gone in, they are friendly and seem to be enjoying their jobs. Every time I have ordered, they are actually freaky fast – I don’t know how they actually do it. The delivery staff are always nice. I’ve never had a bad experience – these people are great. I walked in and gave the kid my order. After about 5 minutes, a couple walk in. They made the couple’s order then proceeded to ask another older guy who came about 10 minutes after the couple what he wanted before noticing I was still standing there. They then asked me what I wanted like I just walked in. I gave them my order again. I asked why they skipped me. They couldn’t look me in the eye let alone even give me an answer. Maybe because I didn’t look like the Westerville type.
