Ordered for pick up after super long shift. All I wanted was some Jimmy Johns. I had no idea there was a location so close. Staff was super kind and that caught my attention & made my day. Will definitely be coming back again soon. I love the Italian night club on wheat with the classic salt and vinegar chips. Best combo. Sandwich was wrapped beautifully as well.

Great subs! We got the largest they had and we split it between the two of us for just under $20 not too bad of a price for how much we got we both had to split our halves in half and save it for later! Will definitely be going back soon!

I see why this location is so poorly rated. They totally messed up our order. I called 3 times before they finally decided to answer the phone. And when they sent the replacement order, they still messed it up. I will never order from this location again, and it will honestly make me think twice before I order from ANY Jimmy John’s again, because Jersey Mike’s is the same price, better quality, and they never mess up my order.

Never have I ever experienced such bad customer service. Out of the last three orders that I have placed for delivery, I got a call saying that they had no delivery drivers. Freaky fast? Naaaa.. for one order I was already waiting for delivery 25 mins later when I got the call. The first I was able to pick up no problem, but the last two, I was unable and asked to have the orders canceled. Although I was told that the orders would be canceled, they were not and I had to go through the whole process of requesting a refund through my bank. Jimmy John’s used to be my go to, but never again from this location.

Ordered no contact #1 driver insisted on knocking on my door! My food was poorly bagged! I ordered 2 giants and both my sandwiches extended at least 6 inches from the bag! I called the store and spoke with Lyndsey the “manager” and told her I needed this fixed. She told me this was the only size bag she had and she would see if she could talk to the driver smh like no girl! I am so upset rn! I am deleting this app!!

When this location first opened we had a horrible experience. The owner reached out to us and we did not go back for almost two years. Over the last two years we have stopped in at least once a month, sometimes more. Total 180 in service and food. Everytime we stop in the staff is polite, friendly, and make some great sandwiches. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my order and we’ve not had a bad order since that very first time.
