A while ago, I went to this Jimmy Johns (Sawmill and Bethel) a couple times and they screwed up my order each time, either leaving out something I asked for or, one time, giving me a regular sub when I had ordered an Unwich. For two years, I’ve driven past it to go to the other JJ’s on Sawmill.

Called to ask a question about a cancelation on our order due to lack of staff, which I totally get. Our card was still charged and we wanted to get some confirmation that the order was refunded.When we called however the manager Chris Miller would not even let my wife finish speaking before hanging up on her. I had to call the store back so I could get his name during which I couldn’t get a word in myself. Honestly don’t know how this person is in charge of other people. Based off the tone of the call they really didn’t care how we felt about the experience.

I ordered on the app, it had been two hours and I hadn’t received my food. During the two hour wait I tried calling the store 9 different times. I was told the order was out for delivery after someone finally answering. An hour passed and I still didn’t have my food so I tried calling the store again when Chris picked up and told me they never received an order under my name. He told me I would have to go into the store to get refunded for food that I never received. Chris was no help for problem solving and didn’t offer any assistance.

This location should close down or get new ownership. There is ALWAYS an issue. How can you have “freaky fast delivery” when you’re always cancelling someones order due to not having delivery drivers or closing unexpectedly during hours you should be open.

Placed an order today and received the wrong sandwich for the second time in addition no ice at all being provided in the drinks. I called and spoke with this store’s manager to request a refund back on the card I used because the order was incorrect. First she refused to give me a refund at all and would not give me the full amount I paid for a credit to the account. It is unacceptable to receive this type of customer service and I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. If something is incorrect with an order there is no excuse to nickel and dime a customer for the store’s own mistake. Own the mistake and ask how you can make it better. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this behavior representing their corporation.

I witnessed how badly my coworker was treated by the delivery driver. She was signing off on an order for our manager and when taking back the receipt this old geezer snatched it back say “pfft no tip”. It was a busy day for us and none of us had time to whip out a cash tip for food that wasn’t even ours. You need to train your employees better
