Laughably slow service. Took over half an hour (1:20pm-1:52pm) from order placed to receiving the single sandwich ordered. Could go to one of the nearby grocery stores, purchase the ingredients, and make the sandwich yourself faster. Really disappointing. Would not recommend even if it were free.

We ordered JJ thru DoorDash however, JJ’s uses their own drivers. Not only did it take over an hour to get here, the ice had completely melted in our drinks, the sandwiches were soggy, the driver literally handed us the drink carrier as it was falling apart from all of the condensation. B he acted like nothing was wrong. No apologies.. Nothing… $80 order. NEVER AGAIN!

Fast, fresh, and a good value! I love Jimmy John’s! I love the high quality food and the fast friendly delivery that does not charge an arm and a leg. I ordered 2 sandwiches and it came to $20 with delivery and was at my house within 15 minutes. I highly recommend!

First time there, never had Jimmy John’s before. 5 stars for taste and customer service. We each got the giant size, planning to save a half for another meal. Husband got double meat, without asking how much it would be for that ($9 for each type of meat used, a total of $27 in addition to the $15.50 cost of the sub) As the 2 of us ate our subs, we discussed all the things we could’ve done with the $64 spent on both subs and 1 bag of chips. Oh well.. lesson learned! Not their fault that we didn’t pay better attention to the prices!

Ordered lunch for three people at 11:11am, called to check status of delivery at 12:13 pm and was told the food is in the delivery car & they have no updates, 1:06 pm delivery walks through the door. Almost two hours for a lunch delivery, not to mention riding around in a car for an hour. This is not freaky fresh or freaky fast.

First time ever visiting a Jimmy John’s. Went to the Marion location. Extremely dissatisfied. I received a VERY bland , plain “cold cut” sandwich! Two small, anemic slices of tomatoe along with very few shreds of lettuce made up all of the toppings. A sparse amount of mayo was on the inside of the bun. No resemblance to an Italian sub, other than a couple slices of salami. The food was nowhere close to being what it’s advertised to be! Good-bye

First time being at JJ, told the employee that. Made us feel like we were taking to long order and made us feel stupid for asking questions. When he gave us our food he just plopped it on on the counter and the bag almost spilled.
