Literally the most inconsistent Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too! Gave many chance being that my shops down the Street. Yet I wait 45 mins for a wrap! They forget some things, wrong breads , wrong subs will never ever order from this place again! Go to subway people!

Have been waiting on my delivery for over 2 hours, complete waste of time. I called and asked what was taking so long and they said they had to share a driver with the other store. Understandable but after 2 hours now it’s ridiculous.

Horrible. I wasn’t aware that freaky fast meant over 30 minutes late. And if that wasn’t enough, I ordered a tuna sandwich with no tomato, but instead I got a tomato sandwich with no tuna. Do yourself a favor and get lunch somewhere else

Ordered delivery. Was fast but inaccurate. Turkey tom was missing lettuce and tomato. Didn’t get mustard and mayo packs and the other sub was missing customizations too.

I eat at Jimmy John’s all over because I travel for work. I stopped at this one and wanted to use a gift card I received for Christmas. The machine would not accept the gift card. I went outside and called customer service (who answered almost right away.. a real live person!) the lady on the phone helped the associate through the process of accepting this gift card. I was a little worried at first I couldn’t get the money back off of this card, but it finally went through and the staff was very pleasant and patient although they were busy. They gave me the time needed to work this out without getting frustrated.

The food is delicious. This is not the first time I waited an hour for delivery. I can deal with that. However, I found out that my order was left on the floor in the foyer of where I work and no one knew it was there. The front door is locked for security purposes but there is a doorbell if someone is not at the front desk. A visitor, not another employee, picked it up off the floor and brought it into the building. Disappointing.
