I’ve ordered from them several times because it’s pretty convenient for downtown life. However the last time was my last order. I didn’t receive my full order, so I called and was told that the items that wasn’t delivered would be removed. I confirmed that information and say okay. I waited a few days for the charge to clear since I paid with a card. Nope, was still charged the full amount. So what are my options… Call the location again, dispute the charge with my bank, etc. I don’t think my review or comments will change the consistent flow of customers.

Refusing to deliver to me. Keeps saying my house “looks” abandoned when it definitely isn’t. I assured them I live here and I just want my lunch and they cancelled both of my orders without telling me. I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for food that was never coming. Both people I talked to were extremely rude.

Showed up at 2.15pm, doors were locked. The employees were sitting out front in their cars texting and smoking a blunt. Saw me try to get in. Didn’t even say anything, laughed when I walked away. Went to Subway.

I received a confirmation email confirming my order to be delivered ASAP at 12:11 p.m. At 1:10 p.m. I checked the tracking information online which indicated the order was “received” and then contacted the Adams Street store checking the status of our order as it had been one hour. I was advised that they were waiting for our driver. At 1:32 p.m. I contacted the store again as the tracker now indicated the order was delivered. I spoke with the manager named O’Riley to advise we still have not received our order which was placed 1.5 hours ago. He indicated the tracker was his error and laughed stating the driver had my food. I was offended as an order from the “Freaky Fast” company taking an hour and a half to deliver food is not a laughing issue. It’s sad to say this location has gone down hill with it’s service of food and respect for customers. Shame, shame.

Jimmy John’s is less than 2 miles away from me, I ordered 2 subs expected delivery within 20 minutes or so but 45 minutes later and 3 phone calls I found out my delivery driver was on a bike and was still around 10 minutes away. Subs were soggy and warm by the time I got them
