It was alright, not much flavor to be honest. Couldn’t taste the Italian dressing at all. I even asked for more in a cup and the color just looked like vinegar. I also would of liked some banana peppers on my sub but I guess I didn’t realize I had to ask for them. But the employees were nice and the music was great. My hubby said The bathroom was “great” as well

The last time I was there, they were out of their bread! Who runs out of bread? They ended up putting my meat and veggies on 2 slice of bread and still charged me reg price! Very disappointed ☹️

Tried the Thai Chicken Wrap today. It was delicious! Great flavor and even distribution of the toppings. I ordered 10 minutes ahead via the app. At the speaker I was asked to wait for a minute before they were able to take my order. Once at the window, they asked what I ordered and I informed them of my mobile order. The worker turned back to the staff who then began to make my food. From the time I ordered via the app to when I got my food was approximately 25 minutes. Not Freaky Fast in my mind. Food was great though!

The subs are good but I asked for hot peppers on the side and they would not give them to me. Said they don’t have a container to put them in, I asked them to just put them in a napkin and they still refused said they are not an ingredient they put on the sub I ordered?? Asked for a manager and he would not give them to me either. What kind of customer service is this? I have never been to a restaurant where they refused to give something on the side. In short its their way or the highway.

It a great hoagie place, with great service. I’ve tried several of their sandwich selections and have not been disappointed. The hoagie buns are made in house and are very good. Everyone has their style of hoagie but you should at least give them a try!
