On July 3rd, I came into this store at 8:40 PM and this short guy with a mustache says they’re closed. But the store hours say they close at 9PM. Either they’ve got a staff shortage, or that dude was straight-up lazy. It’s not like I showed up 5 minutes before close!

They F’up every order. Good sandwiches, but they’ll make it their way. Order bacon, charge 2 bucks sure, but they don’t want to put in on sandwich. But they’ll be glad to keep your money.

Bonnie is the best! I wasn’t too familiar with Jimmy Johns but Bonnie was so patient and even helped me pick my toppings for my sub. Very clean tables, fast friendly service , clean restrooms and boy was it freaky fast!

Was ripped off, I ordered a Veggie sandwich which the menu describes as having avocado. Returned to the store because I didn’t see any on my sandwich and was told it was inside the cheese. There was some green paste, maybe a teaspoonful. Yet I was charged the same price as a sandwich with meat. Can only assume they hate vegetarians.
