We order from here often as a team. There were recently two instances where there was hair in two of our sandwiches. Everytime we returned the sandwiches and they would simply remake them but after today I’m done. Another customer was in the store when I returned the sandwich and apparently they blamed the hair on me and my team. Again we weren’t asking for anything free just a sandwich remake. My advice is if you are going to bad mouth your customers do it when there aren’t other customers around to hear the comments. Not to mention one of the workers never wears a hat or head covering of any type. I know what my hair type and texture is and it’s by far no where similar to what was in our sandwiches both times. Would not recommend going here. Do better!

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Consistently bad customer service. Don’t order delivery from them, because if you even receive the correct order, it’s likely going to come to you after a ridiculously long wait.

Food was great. However, placed an online order for pickup on June 24th, total $25.08, no biggie. Went in, picked up my food yadda yadda. Well 2 days later, being today, June 26th, I get a message on my card stating $50 was taken out. I saved my receipt. Clearly, plain as day, in bold letters TOTAL $25.08 with no tip. You didn’t deliver my food, I picked it up. I call the store and spoke to a nice young lady and asked for the manager. She said the manager won’t be in until 7 or 8pm. I explained the situation to her and she called the manager to let him know what happened. So sorry she had to be the middle man. Anyway he tells her to tell me that they don’t do refunds for online orders and that I need to call corporate. So I asked for the corporate number, manager tells her that he doesn’t have it. I then turn to trusty Google and get it there. I call them, they unfortunately won’t give a refund either, they direct me to leaving a message in the feedback section. Hopefully I hear from them within 24 hours.

Decided to order catering from West Park Jimmy John’s for the Superbowl, and ordered ahead of time because we knew it would be busy. Our order was ready right on time, and all the sandwiches were fresh, beautifully wrapped, and delicious — everyone loved them! Their service staff is wonderful. Can’t thank them enough, they really made our Superbowl party happy, delicious, and easy!

Placed an app order, waited an hour and a half for delivery, then was told on the app that the food had been successfully delivered to my address. I checked everywhere and it wasn’t there, so I called the store and asked if there’d been a mistake. The person on the phone immediately said they were going to void my order. I asked “So I’m not getting the food?” and all they said was “You still want it?” I said I guess not, and they basically just said “Yeah it’s been a really crazy day at the store so we’re just gonna cancel the order.” Then hung up on me. They never apologized and I of course never got any sort of refund, despite them saying twice that they’d void it for me. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge because I paid AND tipped for a sandwich that they clearly never intended to deliver in the first place. So I’m under the impression that they were too busy to make my food and deliver it, and just lied about doing so on the app to avoid any repercussions. I work in retail so I understand when things get crazy and overwhelming, however if you’re going to take someone’s money and not deliver a service, the least you can do is call a customer and tell them you can’t fulfill the order. I’ll be eating at Subway next time.

Everything that I eat there was fresh and delicious always fast delivery. But I wanted to say thank you to a specific person who delivery my food at work Dan Patel ( Dany). He was so kind and he quickly find a good solution for me. Our ATM’s at work didn’t function so I didn’t have cash the way I said I will pay. He delivered my food and he called me back when he returned to the sandwich shop and for I can pay online and he didn’t want to charge me for the tip either. He was so nice. Not to many people dose this anymore I really appreciate it. Keep up the great job you guys do. Just did that. 🙂

Great food, reasonable prices, and the delivery is always super fast! I get lunch from here at least once a week, it’s so easy ordering through the app and it’s a delicious meal every time. Picking up is a breeze as well, the food is always fresh and ready! Customer service 10/10.

Ordered curbside followed all app instructions waited 10 minutes walked in no one was inside besides the worker just standing at the register. I thought curbside was they bring it out to your car but guess not
