Most times we order through doordash. Alot of the times a jimmy john employee will deliver our food. It is normally fast as heck. Today an hour late. Now I don’t get to eat before work. It really sucks! Called the store to find our order and they say the driver is on the way. I think they are just now leaving. The biggest problem is the doordash app is there to let us know where the ordering/ delivery process is. With jimmy johns not using this method we don’t know when our food will be here or if there is a problem like today. Things happen I understand but I’d like to be informed so I can make other arrangements.

Always closed at the weirdest, earliest times so can usually only get delivery for lunch when we would easily frequent for dinner. Then tried to order delivery just now (1:30pm on a Monday) and the location isn’t taking mobile orders. What gives?

Online it says that they are open. So I tried to place an order to be delivered to me at work. Well when it was time to check out it wouldn’t offer for me to have delivery today but tomorrow I thought that was strange so I tried calling the store and no one picked up!!!! I than started looking at other reviews and realized this is something that they are apparantly doing on a regular basis!! If that is the case I choose to no longer attempt to give them my business… I will be letting my family and friends know about this location and we will choose to take our business else where!!

We went in for first time today . I guess you need 7 workers at a time because they move so slow ! The lady slicing the meat was annoyed I wanted to change what cheese I wanted . Her attitude was not very welcoming . Your staff seems not very happy . The young girl doing toppings was nasty and gave dirty looks moved like a turtle . The girl with pink hair at the grill really looked quite unhappy too be there . There were 2 young men that were trying ! Yes we made comments about how miserable they all seemed . We will not be back not because of the food but because of horrible customer service and how slow they move . Customer service is everything .
