Freaky Fast Delivery? Not here, we have attempted to order delivery from this Jimmy John’s location three separate times across 2 years. The first time we had to come pick the order up our selves. The second it was canceled out of no where after being made for 35 minutes, no answer on the phone at the store. And the third time we were called and told we had to cancel the order. If you don’t deliver, don’t offer it.

If you like A LOT of bread with no meat, then this place is for you! Spent $8 a sub for one slice of turkey, a slice of cheese and a bun. After spending nearly $30, I would have been better off making my own…Won’t be back. Total waste of money.

I waited in line for 10 minutes to order, after i ordered didn’t hear my sandwiches called out and then when i asked for a bag to put my sandwiches in it was thrown at me. And the worker proceeded to say “i don’t have time for this” and i usually don’t write bad reviews. But this one set me off.

Ordered online, totally user friendly system. I called the Medina store the day before just to confirm they had the online order, gal on the phone was cheerful and confirmed our order. Arrived and the order was ready to go on time the morning of our office event. I will definitely utilize their online ordering again. Food was fresh and our guests enjoyed it. A 7 dollar tip was more than enough for a 2 mile down the road delivery. For the delivery driver to argue and state that he wasn’t leaving without a 17 dollar tip was ridiculous! NOBODY has to tip. Don’t be rude and be grateful for what you get. I won’t be returning for business
