Yes JJ is freaky fast as it advertises. However they may want to slow down to get the order right. On both occasions I’ve ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian and it always missing the hot peppers. The last time I went I saw the register read out Spicy East Coast. However the preps forget to add hot peppers. So with that said the Vito sub is good just wish they could remember to add hot peppers to my order.

I USED to love Jimmy John’s. Since covid many locations in our area closed and this is one of the last nearby. Ive visited 3 times in the last few weeks and service has been abyssmal each time. Rushed through my order two of the last 3 times, and they wanted us to pay for the mistake. The last straw for me was my visit on 4/19/23 when i was chastised for grabbing my own chips from in front of the register by an employee, while another employee was helping me. Totally unprofessional and rude. I will never return to this location and unfortunately another location again.

Honestly I’ve gone 3 times, of which our order was incorrect 2 of the 3 times and it was their fault yet we had to pay more because they incorrectly charged for our food. I’m all for paying for what I get but if it’s the merchants fault it should be on the merchant to fix it. The one employee yelled at my partner since he grabbed a bag of chips from the stand saying ” We just restocked, and put that back” he proceeded to grab a bag of chips from the back stock so we don’t mess with their restocked display. It was 30 min till close I promise you a bag of chips that we’ve paid for wouldn’t have been an issue. My sandwich was inputted as an 8″ when I clearly said 16″ after they were done making it they then alerted me of their mistake and asked me to pay for it. I said no they can keep it since it was their error, not mine. Overall just a terrible interaction.

Great food. Tastes better than Subway. I’m giving this rating a 2 stars because the inside was like being in the front row of a rock concert. The music was so loud I could not hear the other people at my table. It wasn’t even the style of music it was just so loud and made me not want to be there. I’ll be getting my food to go from now on.

Amazing place to eat and for my gluten-free family, they have something called an unwich. All of their sandwiches are available in a Lettuce wrap and they gave it such a cute name the “unwich”.

Always a fresh fast sandwich here. A little limited in the selection (for example, they only have provalone), but the cold cuts taste fresh sliced. The soft bread is delicious, and pretty much the time it takes to pour a soda, your sandwich is done!

Worst customer service experience. Order was late and refused to cancel the order. When it was told to them the order would not be delivered in enough time to eat at lunch, I was told “ well, at least you will have a snack for where ever you go”.
