Ordered 2 cold regular sized subs, both very good, service was good and staff was friendly, certainly better than my last experience, was not sure I would return after not getting through to the manager, but I gave them a second chance and they came through. Went through the drive through a few weeks ago. There were 4 cars in front of me. After waiting ten minutes for the first car to leave the window, I was finally able to make my order. Then it took another 5-10 minutes for the second car to get their order. At this point I gave up and drove off. I’m not waiting half an hour in the drive through for a “freaky fast” sub.

Been here before, and never had an issue. Tonight I grabbed a couple sandwiches with my buddy and drove home. Got home and my bread is so state it hurts to eat. I’m sure they would have made another if I drove back. But this is just frustrating.

I love jimmy johns, however this location is ubfortunetley sub par. Asked for extra hot peppers ( crucial to the Italian night club) and got 3 peppers.. Have waited longer at this location than any jimmy johns. Hoping they can improve their quality but not likely to get my business again.
