If your open till 10 you gotta make quality subs till 10. Called my order in at 925. Got there at 930. Fast because the subs were ready. But the bread was hard and didn’t seem fresh at all. Have eaten jimmy johns many times at other locations, and never was the sub so bad because of the bread. I understand I came in 30min before close, but as long as you are open till 10 you should have the same quality product till 10.

The lights were on and two men were standing in the store. Google said they were open. It was 35 degrees outside. My 74 year old Mother went to the door to try and get a sandwich. At first they ignored her. When she persisted to knock on the door they started laughing at her. I have never witnessed such rude behavior from a Jimmy John’s. I took my mother elsewhere and we will never return to this horrible establishment. Jimmy Johns should be ashamed of this franchise. I will be forwarding this to corporate. How dare you treat any woman like this, especially my Mother!

I have gotten extremely sick from this place not once but TWICE! The first time I assumed it was what I had eaten for breakfast that day. I got a sub on Monday and twenty minutes later I can hardly catch a break IT WAS THE ONLY THING I HAD EATEN THE ENTIRE DAY so no excuses this time. It’s now Wednesday and I’m still struggling to feel normal. It is impossible to attempt to tell the manager that their food made me sick because they assume I’m wrong and that it was in fact something else. Sorry Jimmy Johns but you’re mediocre subs aren’t that good and aren’t worth what I’m going through right now. Please everyone use extreme caution when ordering from this place and because they have no way of heating the subs germs can linger on every little piece of food with no heat to kill off bacteria. Go to Subway.

I love JJ’s and am so glad they opened one here. The staff is super friendly. I just wish they would deliver further out than they curently do, and that the delivery drivers wouldn’t park out front blocking the limited parking that there already is in front of the store.

Food is okay, but the accuracy is horrible. I asked for no mayo and add cheese to my sub, but the couldn’t get that right even though they weren’t busy. I got mayo on my sandwich and they charged me for cheese I did not get.
