I got married a few weeks ago at Walsh University and we had Jimmy John’s deliver sandwiches for the bridal party as we got ready for the wedding. I placed my order online ahead of time. They delivered everything on time and with no errors – and of course the food was delicious! I highly recommend ordering from here.

Staff is all rude, all shouting things at you at once. Had me get my own drink and chips instead of setting them out with my Togo order. One worker at the cashier just said “do it yourself”. Won’t be going back.

I Order two sandwiches. First one is fine. Second one is a #16 no lettuce no Mayo. They put lettuce on it. I ask “hey did you put lettuce on that?” I get a “huh?” back so I repeat myself and finally get a “yes.” So I remind them it’s supposed to be no lettuce no mayo. Sandwich changes to another worker who I tell again it’s not supposed to have lettuce. He then picks off 95% of the lettuce and hands it back. No sorry no my bad no my mistake. Just have a nice day. What is So astronomically hard with making a sandwich correctly? Both Jimmy John’s and North Canton are the absolute worst. I cannot remember a time when my order was correct. I will not be spending my money at either store from now on.

Every time I walk into this Jimmy Johns, I always get the same guy. He is the best! He ALWAYS says,”Welcome to Jimmy Johns!” In one of the most enthusiastic ways!! He is very polite and I come back to this location on because he shows me how a customer should be treated!! I hope that the GM of the store recognizes him for always being a smiling face and super kind to everyone who walks through that door! A description of him is he is taller, dark hair, mixed complexion, happy, etc! Next time I need to ask for him name so I can update this!

I work .2 miles from this location and it took them 40 minutes from my online order to delivery. I called 30 minutes in and the person on the phone wasn’t sincere and said the driver should be there. I ordered extra mayo and it was like light mayo. The deliverer seemed in a hurry and stressed. They are not “freaky fast” .. I now remember why I’ve gone to Subway instead. Nobody apoligized for how late they were.

Placed an On-Line Order, 25 minutes later I get a phone call asking if I placed an Order. Then I’m told they ran out of bread and in 10 minutes after it comes out of the oven and cools, that they will proceed to make my single sub sandwich. Relying on the On-Line Order system, I would believe that my food would be properly prepared as requested, unfortunately not the case here. End result is Jimmy John’s is SO SLOW you’ll Freak. No compensation was offered as an apology to make up for the complete disaster in customer service. A simple bag of chips or soda would have been the bare minimum in any attempt to save a customer for return orders. On – Line Ordering with a Credit Card, which includes Tipping and then to recieve my single sub meal more than an hour later and made incorrectly does not qualify for return orders. This Jimmy John’s can Freak Off, hope they open a Penn Station and run them out of business here. A Pizza Delivery Service makes Subs, would have had it here faster, even for a Friday night and would have had the Order correctly prepared.
