Lady forgot to turn her mic off after I ordered a sweet tea no ice (long drive and I pack for my lunch next day). After hearing the hissy fit and cursing through the speaker bc she forgot to brew it an hour after open I told her to just forget it- She insisted I wait. You had one job.

So a place an order online with Jimmy John’s at 6:59 p.m. around 7:35 I called and I got hung up on so I called again the gentleman answered I explained I haven’t received my food he said she’s out on four deliveries so I said okay. At 7:55 I called back it just rang rang rang and rang so I decided to drive up there. There were two employees just sitting around no customers nobody in the Drive-Thru. I walked in I said I ordered food over an hour ago I still haven’t received it they asked for my address and gave it to them again. I stated you could either remake them or refund me he decided to refund me he was giving me what I paid for the sandwiches I ordered but I said I paid 5.90 for the tip it was $40. He did refund me for the total. And just to let you know the driver never did show up. This is the Jimmy John’s in Hamilton on main Street

I work here so in my own opinion it’s the best thing ever. But we are only human and we make mistakes just like anyone who breathes air, and we are very understaffed so we try our very best to fix anything we may have messed up and if your order is a delivery I promise we try to get it out to the customers as fast as we can. If it’s late it makes us at Jimmy John’s just as upset, if not more so, than the customers who have had to wait on their orders. We all try as hard as we possibly can not to make anyone wait for their food, FREAKY FAST for all orders is our top objective, but when we don’t have enough help inside or on the road then sometimes it just can’t be helped. Please try to be patient and understanding, we didn’t forget about you and we understand that you probably have better things to do than wait for someone who is driving their own vehicle, that they have to pay to have fixed, to put fuel in and maintain out of their own pocket (Jimmy John’s is not responsible for wear and tear on our own personal cars) could be kind of inconvenient. We enjoy seeing all of your orders going out FREAKY FAST AND FRESH, and have actually gotten into some serious altercations over orders being late going out the door. We want you to get your food just as fast as you would like to get it I promise, Thank you for your time in this matter and God bless us all!!!!!

Good sandwiches, but always some kind of prep issue causing delay. Not freaky fast. Also, drive thru customer orders shouldn’t be taken care of before customers that ordered inside first. Can they keep tickets in order and make first order first, etc? Only took me 25 mins to get 2 unwiches.

I paid for my order at the drive thru window with my debit card. (I use cash at most places) 30 minutes later I get an alert on my phone that my card was used at an ihop. I called their corporate phone number to let them know that either the cashier stole my card number or maybe their credit card reader was messed up. The lady who I was speaking with was extremely rude, kept talking over me and said that it isn’t possible that someone could steal my card number and their card readers could not mess up. I asked her how is that not possible and she kept saying that it just isn’t possible.

Ordered delivery from there for the first time. Got my sandwich and drink after placing the order within about 15-20 mins. They forgot my chips and I called right away (about 1 min after del) I live 5 mins away from the restaurant. The guy I spoke with apologized and said the delivery guy had another order to deliver and would bring them to me after. 35 mins later I called to make sure they hadn’t forgotten me. The guy said the driver had been stuck in traffic and was a couple blocks away. It took him another 10 mins to get to my house and bring my chips. 5:21pm-6:26 pm. The timeframes between placing my order and having it completed. “Freaky Fast”? Nope.

I have been a regular here with my family – about 2-4 times a month. We like to visit here after church or while out and about. This place has gone downhill in the last year or so. For several reasons, 1) staff is not very polite, they seem inconvenienced that you would be there. My son got sick in the restaurant once and I asked for napkins to begin cleaning up his mess. The lady snapped, “You’ll get them with your food.” When I told her the issue, she wasn’t sympathetic. 2) The place always smells like bleach and never has any music on. All you hear is the hum of the machines and all you smell is bleach. I feel like I’m in a sterilized operating room, not a laid back sandwich joint. Atmosphere is important, and this place just doesn’t have it. 3) Price – I like the food, but the price makes me not want to return. For my family to eat here costs us nearly $50 for two sandwiches, two slims (just turkey and cheese), two drinks, and three bags of chips. We can go to the taco joint down the road and eat twice as much for $40.

I went tonight to get my boyfriend and myself a sandwich just to have a female employee lock the door as she saw me pull up. I looked to see what time they closed, I still had 25 minutes score closing time. This is the same employee who was on her phone and sitting the last time we came in. The food is always good, but maybe someone should remind her what her closing time is.

Ordered for delivery once. Will only ever be once. First off, delivery charge is outrageous, and was very slow. apperently extra bacon to them meens one more small strip and they charge a dollar for it. A sandwich, drink and cookie ended up costing me over $20. I had a subway next to me but i wanted to try somett new. Will never make that mistake again. For what i was charged, i could have goten bigger and better at Subway
