I placed my order at 3:30, the order was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes around 4 o’clock. I called at 4:30 to see where it would be, they had told me when I called they had run out of bread, and that they would be here in 15 minutes. It was 5:30 when they arrived. The driver was extremely apologetic. It was very understandable, I just really wish they would’ve informed me when I placed my order. The issue is when I sat down to finally eat the bread was not cooked. It was raw dough. I did end-up calling up there and explaining the situation, they said they would charge back my order and cancel it. I still have not received it, All I ordered was a single 8in sandwich with ham on it.

Not so freaky fast! Waited almost an hour for our food. Not only was it not good, they didn’t deliver everything, and offered to bring the forgotten items after another 45 minutes. Drinks were warm, the one they remembered, the drink the delivery offered in return or the forgotten drink was a warm 20oz that exploded upon opening it. Terrible experience

Placed a order 3 hours ago and they called and said it would be 2 hours and I said that was fine proceeded to call them 2 hours later and ask where it is and they said it was on the way. Waited 30 more minutes then called again a little angry to ask where it was and they started being aggressive over the phone for no reason and proceeded to tell me to make a sandwich at home. This place is a disgrace to Jimmy John’s and is the worst food service I have ever seen. I have eaten there in the past and they are constantly rude and uncaring about anyone.

I ordered one sandwich it took about an hour and a half to get here (I live like 5 minutes away). When it got here it all smelled like cigarettes and made the bread taste like it as well. Another time they drove through our front yard and forgot my drink. I can’t even make this up!!!!!!

Best Sandwich Artists around!!! Love the staff & I Love how friendly & kind they are to me Every time I stop in! Delicious sandwiches & excellent service! I really can’t ask for more. Please also remember, this location is in a College town. Don’t go in drunk & belligerent asking to use the bathroom, or try ordering a sandwich. Go get your food before getting tanked!!! Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk….just kidding. It’s just a Google review…..but seriously, get food first, then drink your adult beverages.

I placed my online order at 11:30am today. It is now 3:15pm and I still do not have my food. I’ve talked to the store 3 times and I’m still waiting. He offered to cancel my order, but I told him no, as I needed lunch. Still, I wait. I am a frequent customer and they often deliver to our office. I haven’t received an apology, credit or anything. I know it’s a busy day in a college town, but 4 hours is not “freaky fast”. I am now cancelling the order. So disappointing!
