Your man at the drive thru window is the rudest individual ever. I come at least once a week to get a sandwich and he is rude every single time. . Today was the icing on the cake I tried to order pasta salad and they didn’t have it yet . He told me to read the sign, well the sign is all the way down by the ground and is not visible from your car window. I tried to explain that to the rude man and he bit my head off again!!! Might want to move him from the window and maybe out the front door

My boyfriend wanted a caprese pesto change the meats and the employee said “you can’t do that” and ” I have no button for that?” I said another jimmy John’s does and I knew there might be an up charge but was willing to pay. He just looked at me and went ahead with it.

Food taste great, when ording inside their super fast but little slower when delivering but not complaining cause they stay SUPER BUSY. They probably visit our office 6 or 7 times a day. The Italian night club is my favorite.

Management and customer service quality has gone downhill dramatically at this location. I’ve gone here for lunch quite a bit because it’s good food and it’s supposed to be convenient. Every other time I go the drive through is closed with no explanation except for us to come in and order. There’s definitely enough employees to run the drive-through, too. And the drive through works, it’s only open on some days for some reason. A lot of business comes from drive-through so I’m not sure who’s making the decision to have it down some days… not a good business decision for a lunch place. On top of that, the employees are not friendly whatsoever and some barely acknowledge you. The other day I picked up lunch and I was missing the side of sauce I payed for. Didn’t seem like a big deal, though when I wen to ask for if from the two guys working behind the counter I received no response as they both had earbuds in. They made it seem like I was the inconvenience. They’re not usually busy and I wouldn’t be surprised if they went out of business if they don’t improve. Really reconsidering going back there in the future.

I am not convinced that this location isn’t hiding a time machine. I placed a pickup order while I was about 3 minutes from the location and expected a short wait when I got there. My order was done perfectly and waiting when I went in. And this location is always this way. I don’t know how they do it, but this has got to be the fastest location in the greater Cincinnati area.

Every time, without fail, they mess up my order. I can understand messing it up every now and then, but whenever I order online or in person, my sandwich either has things I did not ask for on it, or it has toppings from the sandwich from someone else in my group. Especially considering there is a subway less than a block away, I feel they should be producing much better results.
