This is the worst jimmy johns, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were new but I am constantly let down. They put all the to go orders at the drive thru not on the rack (you select in the app where you want to pick it up, inside, or at the drive thru) so you have to wait in line for someone to give their order. Many times I order extra meat, or cheese and never get it also.

Tried the drive thru for the first time. Super cool that this location has one. Took 6 minutes to get my sandwich and drink, which I thought was reasonable considering it’s not really “fast food”. My #13 Cubano sandwich is the best one I’ve had. Girl in the window was super friendly and helpful. 5 stars all day !

I love JJs, but the Milford Store seemingly cannot put a correct order together. They always forget add ons like chips or cookies on delivery. They also forget to add things like peppers or any of the sandwhich freebies.

The sub bun was hard and didn’t taste fresh, lettuce was almost non existent and the meat was so sparse that it was hard to taste. I did like the balsamic, but it didn’t make up for the terrible sandwiches we received
