This is the second time I’ve had to take my sandwich back in because they only put one slice of turkey on my beach club. The first time it happened in Crestview Hills Ky location back in January, they made it right, but this time at the Red Bank road, Cincinnati location, they refused to make it right when I showed them the one sliver of thin sliced meat and argued with me about how they’re supposed to do it. I’ve been eating the same sandwich for 15 years and NEVER had this issue until these two times. I’m starting to think this is a new policy to rip off customers. I literally go there for the heavy meat portions but never again.. Why would I pay 17$ for some bread and cheese. There more cheese than anything. And these kids were incompetent and rude because when I asked for a refund they were not only rude about it but they didn’t even do it right. They didn’t have put my card in the machine and he gave me back their merchant copy saying they refunded it but it was only for the base amount before tax. Then customer service of course nobody answers. These kids were rude as hell and clearly they dont want to be there and should be supervised. Also, another Jimi Johns location was rude over the phone when I asked if they delivered because the guy didn’t want to wait for me to find the address of the house i was working on. This company is going downhill fast. Stop hiring losers.

Wish I could give zero stars. Always forgetting the chips and or pickle. Delivery takes forever. They delivered my food to the completely wrong address and I was never called by the delivery driver even though my number was on the order. They knowingly left it with some one (other than me) that said they were in the right location (they were not) instead of calling me to confirm. I had to walk in the cold to pick up my food at the incorrect location. Will never order from this location ever again. (The sandwich was not worth the walk.)

This Jimmy John’s location is consistently awful on all levels. They almost never have bread ready to go and are the opposite of “freaky fast”. The management here is incredibly inefficient and as I’m sitting here waiting 30 minutes for my sandwich, I have seen 10-15 customers just give up and walk out. Do better. I will never return to this location. So frustrating.

If you’re planning on ordering for delivery, schedule it to arrive an hour before you actually want it. Then it will only seem a *little* late when it finally arrives 1.25 hours after you schedule it.

After ordering from this location multiple times, I can confidently say they are consistently horrible on all accounts. My delivery is consistently late, my sandwich is consistently not well made, and my bag of chips is consistently missing. I will never order from here again.

Zero stars would be a more accurate description. For starters, the cashier was as rude as she could be. It was, by a landslide, the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. I was the only person in the store when I arrived and it took 7 minutes to get my sandwich. The bread has to be a few days old, it was harder than a rock. I got my order to go and they just handed me the sandwich to leave with. No bag, no napkins, nothing. If the one star I have had a reason, it would be because my sprite tasted like sprite.
