Very rude. Did not have drink that i requested multiple times and are very rude. They decided for themselves that they deserve a tip and circled on my receipt where i didn’t give a tip and said “very kind, thanks” with a smiley face drawn on. tips are earned and like many others have stated they deserve 0 stars. Unprofessional and childish. Will not be back.

Do not get delivery from here. It’s apparent the manager or owner does not know how to properly resource workers nor the orders.They should turn off online orders for the store if it becomes incredibly busy and the orders can’t be made with the staff on-hand. I can guarantee you’ll have happier and less stressed employees and customers if they knew how to prioritize orders or at least have a accurate wait time for the delivery. A delivery for one sandwich to my office which was within 2 miles from the store took two hours to get to me. I ordered two add on meats that I paid extra for, not only did they not come on my sandwich they also didn’t come all the base meats of the sandwich. I had only three pieces of meat that actually came on it. It was not a good sandwich especially when it two hours and did not have any additions that I paid. I would only recommend this location of Jimmy John’s if you really wanted a side of disappointment and regret.

As a former worker of JJ’s I feel I can justifiably leave this location a one star review. Delivered my sandwich 30 minutes late on a scheduled delivery. Sandwich was haphazardly thrown together without following any directions. Order from somewhere else.

Incredibly rude staff. I asked whether they had misplaced my order after 15 minute wait, and staff had filled several orders behind me in line. Was lectured in front of the other customers that they make sandwiches in the order they want. No thanks – lots of other sandwich places in the area.

I constantly am disappointed in this franchise. Last time my bread was hard as a rock and this time my unwhich looked like lettuce with turkey was just thrown on it and about half the size at a typical unwhich. I wish I had another dietary option around this area because I would stop going here all together. And this wasn’t a short staffing issue there were 4 employees standing around talking when I walked in to pick up my order

People that answer the phone are not pleasant when you call to tell them that they forgot multiple items in your order after the freaky fast 45 minute delivery. There is only one delivery driver that actually gets my order correct but the rest of them are awful. I feel it should be pretty easy to look at a reciept and make sure all items in the bag match but i guess that is just my opinion.

We tried to pick up sandwiches on our way to go kayaking today. The store is supposed to open at 10:30 and we arrived at 10:35 to find the door locked. The person working unlocked the door, said “I’m not opening until later” and shut and locked the door in our faces.

Drivers don’t follow delivery instructions. Orders are often made wrong. You pay for extra toppings and don’t get them. If you make a complaint they say they’ll forward it to the store manager to follow up but then they never do. Take your money elsewhere.
