I had earned a free sub… I redeemed it last week and it took 50 mins to deliver. And they forgot my drink. When i called after seeing my drink was missing, the drink arrived within minutes. The sandwich was not freaky fast and majorly disappointing bc i had an appt to get to and had placed my order well in advance to give myself time to enjoy my sub. I ended up inhaling it so make it to my meeting. When i called to express the drink was missing, i mentioned the sandwich took 50 mins and the person on the phone didnt even acknowledge it.

they use to be able to get me my sandwiches fast. but now It takes them an hour to deliver 5 minutes down the road, when i call about it, they keep saying i get a credit for free sandwich next time, have yet to receive that credit. very unhappy with them now…. my lunch break isn’t an hr long so having to waste my lunch waiting for the food ugh!

I typically do delivery – my orders are always delivered quickly but my sub is sometimes not quite as ordered and they have forgotten side items for almost every order. Not sure if it’s a problem with their ordering system or delivery people. But if you order, I recommend checking the bag immediately before the delivery person walks away.

I placed an order at the Brown Street location and just never received it. I tried calling down there several times to see what was going on, and nobody answered the phone. I called this location because I was starting to wonder if the Brown Street location was closed for the day or something, and the website took my order in error. The young lady who answered the phone was very helpful (even though she didn’t have to be), and she was very polite. She got me the information that I needed, and was so nice. So, even though I have never ordered food from this location, I felt that the service that I received as a person who wasn’t even their customer was excellent enough for a five star rating.
