Stay away!!!! Bread is tough, what’s left of it; they scoop it out. Very salty. Hardly any veggies to add on. We threw our subs away after I ate at least what veggies I had, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber and cheese. Over $20 and it’s in the trash! Now we have to go get something to eat again.

no sense of urgency. whether I order delivery or inshop or carry out they never seem to have my order ready in a timely manner. AND i give a lot of wiggle room for time.. but waiting over 30 min-1 hr is ridiculous for some sub.

The club was pretty terrible, and 1/3 of it was just soggy bread so it wasn’t edible. In addition, the order took about 45 minutes instead of anywhere close to the estimated 17 minutes. I think the fault lies with the store itself, and they need to hire more drivers and sandwich makers. I say this because the Jimmy John’s in Charlotte, NC has been the best and quickest delivery from anywhere I’ve ever ordered from, and they do it everytime. Somehow, the Jimmy John’s in Beavercreek is the worst.

I have always enjoyed Jimmy John’s lettuce wraps…until…I found out from a close family member employed at Jimmy John’s that vaping of weed was occurring during store hours inside the establishment and hands were not being washed after changing out gloves to handle food.

I am surprised I like this place as I don’t typically like cold deli sandwiches. The bread is quite good and the ingredients taste really good together. Deli meats taste like lower quality food (water injected meat) but with the spices and sauce it keeps me coming back. Lower price helps too.

I placed a pick up order today 9/1 due to the online ordering being down. (I first called to make sure they were open because I know the week or two prior, an order was cancelled due to low staffing/no delivery driver.) The girl who answered was super friendly and kind and let me know she was the only staff member there today! (Not sure if this is due to general under staffing, employee illness or what but I felt so bad she was by herself!) I went to pick up my order and the line was almost out the door as well as several patrons dining in. My order was correctly made, ready and on time. She even took the time to step away from what she was doing to confirm my name for the order. She was pleasant and friendly and seemed VERY calm during what seemed to be a busy and stressful scenario. That being said, I just had to make mention of how composed and polite she was under these circumstances and I hope upper management notices her SOLO job today was done well.

Look I hate to do this and be a Karen but this really got on my nerves today. While I was trying to order, the cashier and I were having a hard time understanding each other because of employees yelling and horse-playing. When I tried to pay, the system went down (which is no ones fault), but I was basically forced to sit there for an additional 10 minutes having to put up with these kids behind the counter throwing things at each other and being extremely loud. Look, I just want to get in and out with the food I ordered, that’s why I go to Jimmy John’s it’s fast and the food is good, so I don’t mind paying a little extra for a sandwich to get on with my day. I do not need to have a show put on by the Jimmy John’s circus. When I finally got my food the order was wrong, probably because the guy at the register couldn’t hear me. This location needs work, and I will try my best to avoid it.

Visited on 6/6/21. Short staffed location. We ordered online because we have a toddler and newborn in the vehicle. Got there and food was not ready. While waiting, the staff started making orders for walk-ins that came after I ordered online and after I walked in. Was told “we handle walk ina first”. Extremely disappointed. Had to cancel order and go elsewhere for kids to eat.
