The manager Christina went above and beyond her duties as the manager to make sure I was able to get something to eat while at the hospital. On a night when they had no driver. She went out of her way to drop off food to me at the hospital to make sure I was able getbfood after the cafeteria was closed. Blown away by the personal service.

Stoped by for a few sandwiches today and was somewhat disappointed. This location has nothing to do with “freaky fast”… the shop was basically empty, guys were very slow. Sandwiches were meh.. lattice wrap was more of a “lattice hug” – ingredients were falling out and the sauce was all over the bag with other sandwiches.

The young man that delivered to my house after 8 pm didn’t just leave on the porch as specified. ( like everyone else has in the past) but he proceeded to look at my doorbell camera, not ring it POUND ON MY DOOR like he was the police. Waking everyone in the house up and getting the dogs barking. But then also rang the doorbell like 3x before SPRINTING back to his car and PEELING out of our culdesac. I called the store and the manager said he’d have a talking to. And said he didn’t know what to say. I didn’t expect anything but an apology would have been nice. For people who have trauma and ptsd (from the military) like my fiancé, stuff like food delivery should not be stressful.

Ordered a gardenian sandwich, which is what I always order. This time when I got home to eat it, I noticed the bread was over baked, that the bottom was burnt and hard. I couldn’t bite into it. The sandwich was really awful.
