Ordered catering for a graduation open house. Apparently our order was taken by another person who mistook it for theirs. We had it set for pick up at 11:45… we did not get out of there until 12:35. The girls working did try their best to remake it and fix it and were very kind. I just think it’s a bad idea to leave out catering orders for anyone to take without confirming with the person.

Tried to place an order for pick up and was told it would be an hour which is not very fast. And on the phone we were told if we walked in and be quicker so we walked in after driving and were told it would be an hour to be able to get a sandwich. We will be avoiding the store for a while. And the staff we’re not exactly friendly.

Good and fast sandwiches. Had my first sandwich was made wrong on this visit but was quickly resolved after I drove back there. Been ordering from here for a long time now was the first time so it wasn’t a problem. The staff was professional and quick. They do seem to need more staff so a budget for higher pay to get people in may be needed to keep this store running as good as it can be. Would definitely recommend this store all around though food is prepared fast and to a great quality. Keep up the great work yall.

This is one of our go-to JJ’s and we have always had pretty good experiences, so I’m giving four stars even though I was not happy with my order tonight. My usual is the BLT Unwich and again ordered one this evening. For some reason, the worker put shredded lettuce in the Unwich. Why???? I didn’t request it, and in all the years I have ordered this sandwich this it has never happened. Is the BLLT Unwich something new? I hope not! (Yes, I picked it all off, and there was a lot of it!).

Good food; quality, always fresh. However- temperament of cashier even when its not busy, on consistent occasions- 2/10. Easily agitated, and just not very customer friendly. Again, this was deduced from multiple interactions I’ve had, and others I know have shared similar sentiments regarding this location. Also, I normally always order in store, but chose delivery this time. It may be because they are short staffed, but it was far from freaky fast. Took a while, wouldn’t do it again. In person pick up only.

Just left this store on Sunday. There were only 2 employees working the front and store was swamped. The 2 employees were working really fast to get orders taken and put together and yet we’re doing it cheerfully. Awesome job you two!

Directions were prefaced with an item to be off the sandwich due to allergies and then an item added. Sandwich had cheese on it and the add on wasn’t there. Unfortunately this wasn’t caught prior to a couple of bites because the provolone was inside the turkey and blended in.

Amazing crew. I order often as I work around the corner at the law firm, and I have to say that I love the people that work here. Always so very nice and sweet. I especially wanted to thank the gentleman with the hat, glasses, and green-colored mask that delivered to me today at lunchtime. Traffic caused a delay and he called to let me know he didn’t forget about me and that he was right around the corner. Give this man a raise. I do not see his name anywhere on the receipt.
