Got the smallest sandwich I ever seen as a blt and bread was hard as a rock, and 40 minutes to deliver 1 mile ??? Not freaky fresh or freaky fast , it was freaking awful. Should’ve took a pic 🙁 I live within 2 blocks from this place and have only had it twice in the years its been there, and that is the last time for sure. Freakin Gross should be their motto oh yeah, over $12 for this 3 bite sandwich with delivery and I was dumb and added tip before I got it as I did it online order 🙁 never again . Absolutely fantastic !! Seems one if the few fast food places were the quality is still most important. It’s made fresh right then. The breads are made fresh in store everyday. Nothing is slopped on. If it’s not right 3 people are there to see it’s up to the standards of the Company’s guidelines. You can basically order it custom from your pickles & cucumbers cut in 1/2 the amount of ice in Your drink

Picked up two sandwiches supposed to be no tomatoes so they had a driver bring me a sandwich remake only to have no meat on it just bread Mayo and onions. Very unprofessional. Had to argue about a sandwich which had directions on what to put on it then drive back a second time

Stopped in around noon on the Sunday before Thanksgiving for some lunch. Food was great. Facilities were nice and clean. 3 visibly present employees. And our 4 sandwiches still took over 8 minutes to get. No other issues in this great experience.

Frankfort Jimmy John’s always has the nicest staff, freshest ingredients and very clean atmosphere. It is true that they get your sandwich to you very fast but they are also friendly and personable while doing so. I find that to be a rare treat in today’s fast-paced world.

Had the gargantuan it was stuffed with meat but the bread was tough and the meat kept trying to slide out of the sandwich. This is probably the best sandwich I’ve had from JJ’s but I still think it’s overpriced at almost $9 for a sub that’s around 8 inches long and true to there slogan they were fast but I didn’t freak
