Placed my order for 45 minutes in advance. I get there and the employees tell me they don’t have my order and that my order never came through. Okay cool, technology is silly sometimes. I pull out my emailed receipt to show that I had placed an order at the right location and The staff proceeded to argue with me that they never got it. They go ahead and make my order while berating me that I can’t place an order and immediately come get it. What? I placed it 45 mins prior? It’s not my fault your machines aren’t working. And what’s the point of “freaky fast” if I can’t come with in a reasonable amount time after placing an order. I come to this location quite often and haven’t had this type of treatment. The staff felt extremely rude and like I was interrupting something.

I’m a truck driver and tried calling three times after getting parked at the truck stop and about 30 mins before they were supposed to close to try to order food with no answer. So I walked the mile down there to try to get food and ended up there about 5 minutes after they were supposedly closing and all the lights were off and there was no one inside. Within 5 minutes of them closing. Which tells me they were cleaning up early and probably intentionally ignored the call.

If the motto is freaky fast then why doesn’t my sandwich get made until I pull up? I put it in while I’m at work then drive over and have to sit for another 10 minutes waiting for my order to be made. It wasn’t like this when I first starting coming to this location but I think this will be my last.

I submitted my online order at 12:09pm. I called at 12:50pm to check on the status, as the order tracker had not progressed beyond “Order Received” and was told that my order was already out for delivery and the driver would be pulling up “any second”. I would expect it to arrive (if it was truly out for delivery) in about 10 minutes, as I only live about 5 minutes from the store. I called again at 1:30pm and was again told it was already out for delivery and the driver would be pulling up “any second”. At 1:40pm I finally received my food.

I ordered through doordash, app said they do their own delivery it was taking over 50 minutes so I called the store to cancel my order they said they where backed up but bc I had to go back to my shift and I couldn’t leave my station to get my sub I cancelled, manager on the phone was nice and refunded my order told me to come back the next day that he’ll leave a note so I can get a free sub so I did but the manager who was there in the morning 9/16/22 11 am was telling me how I ordered wrong and put pick up instead of delivery and that the sandwich was sitting there for 6 hours that just doesn’t make sense if I ordered at 6 and they close at 9 and on the phone the evening before they told me the driver was backed up. when the manager said go ahead and remake my sandwich, Hispanic Asian looking woman said I guess. I don’t even feel like eating my sub honestly, Penn station is expensive but every manager and employee is friendly I’ll rather spend extra for good service this experience was absolutely trash I was already having a difficult morning and than to get attitude by a mistake made by your store ruined my whole experience
