I placed an order at 9:18 pm. At 9:40 pm, I still had not received my order so I called the store. The employee who answered said my order should have been delivered and that the driver just rerouted back to the store. So, I searched outside and did not see it. So, I called back at 9:50 pm and spoke with the same employee. This time, the employee said my driver must have dropped it off at the wrong house and that they were going to make a new order and send it out right away. At 10:05 pm, when the store closed at 10:00 pm, I had still not received my order so I decided to call the store and just have my order cancelled. Once again, I spoke with the same employee and was informed that my order would be cancelled and refunded back to my card. While doing so, the employee offered no explanation into what happened, did not apologize for the inconvenience, was short each time I called and seemed to be annoyed with me regarding the situation. Usually, my experiences with this location have been outstanding. Unfortunately, this time, it was extremely disappointing.

I’m never disappointed when I get Jimmy John’s. The food is always on point, exactly what I want and expect. The service is above par for fast food also. I think I’ve tried every sandwich on the menu, and love them all, and the bread is fantastic. The best place to go if you’re rushed for lunch, imo.

I’ve always used delivery and never had a problem. Today I walked in with a free sandwich coupon and even though technically I’m not paying for the sandwich, they were extremely attentive for the moment I walked through the door and my sandwich was done before I was done at the register. It was in fact, freaky fast haha but really, everyone inside was real nice and (I’m assuming the manager) was friendly and attentive and professional.

The Jimmy John’s location is Whitestown is incredible! They truly do provide “freaky fast” service, high quality food, consistently great smiling employees, and the order is right 99% of the time. The few times that my order was wrong, I have called and they would credit my phone number to receive a complimentary sandwich upon my next visit.
