I did the curbside pick up instead of having to get my infant out of the car. The only thing was that the guy forgot to give me straws (he said they were in the bag) which isn’t major. Overall the food was good, not dry or hard bread at all

Love Jimmy John’s! It’s become one of our favorite sandwich shops! The manager Jessie always strives to make sure her employees are working like they are supposed to, they are courteous and always moving. The place is always super clean too!

I have now been to this location 4 times in the past two weeks between the hours of 6-8 PM (normal dinner hours). Each time I was unable to be served because they were out of bread! FOUR TIMES!! One time, sure, but FOUR times at a small town location is unheard of. I literally went as a joke the other night cause I figured there was no way there would be no bread FOUR times. But yep either they are just messing with me or there is a national bread shortage I am unaware of. Also apparently you don’t have to wear masks at this Jimmy John’s cause only one out of the four workers had it on the last time I went so that’s good at least. I’m not even angry, honestly I find it kind of funny at this point that this Jimmy John’s continues to be open despite not having bread. People who work at this store are actually getting free money to just hangout and socialize and I’m all for it. I’ll keep going back to see how many times I can go before they can actually serve sandwiches. Will keep you all updated. Go Tigers!

My husband and I decided to grab a quick, late dinner. Very fast service, I’ll give them that, however when you have 12 people working and no one in the restaurant I would assume it wouldn’t take long to get a sandwich. My husband and I decided to eat in and were appalled at the staff. There were numerous people sitting on the counters, on cell phones, throwing lettuce, eating, and drinking within perfect view of any customers. Very unappealing and unprofessional. I certainly wouldn’t eat here again. Personally I think the food isn’t great and certainly not worth the price tag. Very disappointed.

This particular location has had a slow start at the gate due to their popularity at launch. My original order (online and living only a mile away) took almost 20 minutes. Willing to give them another try though they got it down to less than 10 on most orders. Not having eaten there I can’t say how it looks on property but being shoved next to a video store this is definitely a delivery based store. The food has never been been wrong and has not disappointed. Having eaten at several different locations I can comfortably say this is and hopefully will stay above average. Good luck to them and here is hoping they can stick around while staying strong. I know what I’m ordering next time I’m stuck working from home.

The food here is awful and bland; they are overly priced with nothing remotely edible on the menu. The service was particularly lackluster, especially from a kid known as Tyrone Biggums. The location was terribly, with even worse parking. If I you need a sandwich, definitely go across the street to Kroger. Overall, I like family video. 5/5

Ordered turkey sandwich to go last night. Manager took my order and acted like it was inconvenience and was rude when wanted toppings added. Multiple staff laughing and talking to each other while ignoring customers. Very disappointing. Sandwich did not have correct toppings. Will not be back. Subway much better in my opinion. Very unprofessional environment.
