I got there 10 minutes before closing and all lights were on including the door open signs. After I was at the speaker they shut the door & window lights out. Never said anything about them closing early or didn’t come on to say we are already closed. Sad because we like Jimmy John’s. I let it go after last time when I asked for them to change gloves before making unwhich and the lettuce had the new wraps parts in the wrapper. Now we can’t eat it.

I can’t get enough of this place. I order from here atleast 3 times a week. Service is fast, affordable, convenient and most importantly, the sandwiches taste amazing. I appreciate all who work at the Shelbyville IN location. It’s not easy working in the fast food industry like most of society believes. These employee’s work hard for little pay. Some work even harder when others decide not to show for their shift. This place is so busy, they run out of food often. Goes to show how many sandwiches these employees make fresh. I know that can’t be easy. It’s exhausting and these young adults, kids work their butts off for us customers with little to show for it. These employees deserve alot more compensation/ better pay rate than what they recieve. If I had the ability I would give it to them and wish I could. So I just wanted to say thank you to every single one of you for all you do. It never goes unnoticed.

Wanted to try the sandwiches for the first time, went in and wanted custom sandwich and was told we have to choose one of the menu and take anything off we didn’t want and add what we want… we eat very simple sandwiches, so it would’ve taken 20min to see which one is ok for us… The workers are completely made into machines and can’t figure out how to help you out with a simple order that is not on the menu, very disappointing we had to leave and find a different place for lunch on our super long road trip…

Brought my family in here for lunch today. Spent almost $50 in here to discover they have no changing tables in the rest rooms. Had to change my baby on the bench of the table. We know you make enough money to put up a changing table. Get it together Jimmy John’s.

Son wanted a quick sandwich while I was doing housework. Put in an order for one sandwich and a pickle. Took almost an hour to deliver. Final delivery time was 12:51. I always add a tip. I was so mad I should have just cut into my work and went and grabbed the kid some food but seriously why say you are freaky fast. We live 1.1 miles from here so it’s not like it’s a distance thing either. Super disappointed and the cost on top of it!!! Even a slim with cheese will cost you 10 bucks. Then it’s not freaky fast!!!!

Has to be the worst store in the entire franchise. If – that’s if – they are open, even during the lunchtime rush, they will screw up your order. Has happened more than once. We took a group of Special Olympics athletes there one afternoon to find a note on the door that only the drive through was open. We had apprised then we would be there. Will not be back. Not sure who owns the franchise but it needs to be revoked.

I visited this location as I was driving a long trip back home. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by any means. The card reader machine was down so I had to go get a different form of payment. They made my sandwich wrong. The sandwich came with ham & no ham on the sandwich & I ordered cucumbers on the sandwich & no cucumbers came on the sandwich. They also charged me for BBQ chips which I didnt order so I walked back inside as I had looked at the receipt they gave me. I guess I should have looked at my sandwich as well.
