Every bit of a sandwich is supposed to taste the same. But here I have a bunch of lettuce, the butts of tomatoes and slapped on turkey. Called to complain and the manager is so rude. “I promise you. I made that sandwich and it was made by Corp. guidelines” idc because corporate would NEVER eat this.

I had not been to Jimmy John’s in a while. My overall was not bad however the sandwich was 90% bread 10% tuna. Must be under new management or something because it used to be When I used to be approximately 60 to 40. Not fond of paying over seven bucks for a sandwich for mostly bread. The quality/ quantity of this location has definitely dropped.

One star is laughable. One sandwich club Lulu. For those not familiar it’s turkey bacon lettuce tomato & Mayo. Easy peezy. Now I do admit to customizing my sandwich by removing the tomato and adding bacon cheese and extra Mayo. When I called the manager to let him know I wanted to ask for a refund because it didn’t even have one whole piece of turkey on it, he said he’s the one that made it and did I “misplace” the turkey? Well gee I don’t know let me think. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I realize the labor pool has been reduced to hiring incompetent children to run your place but at the very least you could make sure they have manners. Think I’m kidding about the turkey.? I posted the pics. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Each time we have gone to this location, my sandwich was never prepared correctly. The last time which was August 2022. They added peppers that were hot after we told them NO SPICES. The sandwich almost sent me to the hospital. When we phoned the store, the manager told us to call corporate with no apology.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered lunch, online, at 11:35. My order does not show up freaky fast. I call at 1:00 p.m. and tell the person who answered that I placed an online order and if she could tell me when it would be delivered; “we are really busy” was her reply. OK, i get it, can you tell me if my order was received? “Sure, what’s your address?” I give my address. “Yes, we received your order we will deliver it as soon as we can. ” 2:00 p.m. rolls around, no delivery. Never again. Speedway Jimmy Johns lost all of my future business.

Typical Jimmy John’s and that is a good thing. Excellent food, made correctly and promptly. Tastes good, made fast and no issues. Also, like all Jimmy John’s, they have the best Cherry Coke. Not sure how Jimmy John’s does it but I’d go here for the Cherry Coke alone.

Still waiting for my delivery over 60 minutes after ordering. There is nothing on the website indicating how long to expect delivery before ordering or while out on delivery. Called store and unable to tell me how long to expect. Very unfortunate and frustrating when you are a medical provider and have scheduled patients and now won’t be able to eat lunch for hours. I understand staffing shortages, but if I knew it was going to take more than an hour to receive my food I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. It would be incredibly beneficial to be given an expectation of how long delivery will take, especially when JJ is supposed to be “freaky fast.”

Wasn’t what I expected.. feels a Lil overrated now that I’ve had it haha. Sandwich was good had a Lil weird taste to iit but I did add Dijon mustard which I don’t eat often sooo maybe haha it was that. I believe the pickle I got was old, looked a Lil weird tasted funny too. Staff was niice.
