Waited well over an hour for a sandwich that was a mile away. Ice in drink is long melted and watery. Not worth it at all. There is NO delivery time on email or web prior to ordering. It would’ve been nice to know one person was delivering that night. Oh well never again.

I’m so angry. I used to work for this company and as it turns out, they are just getting worse. This particular store won’t deliver to me. I’m 1.9 miles away from them. It takes less than 5 minutes to drive there. On top of that, they don’t allow Uber eats to deliver. Sooooo they have now officially lost my business. Not only are they sub par in person, they are total jerks on the phone at corporate. Would not recommend this company let alone this franchise.

Usually this Jimmy John’s is great. We frequent it often every couple of weeks but I definitely had the worst experience I’ve ever had there today. Only ordered two sandwiches. Waited 20 minutes and no one seemed to care at all and a lot of standing around. I’m sure it’s not an easy job but worst customer experience I’ve had in three years at this location.

I’ve never had any issues at any Jimmy John’s location but I highly doubt I will be patronizing this location again. I am expecting and requested that they wrap my meat separately from my sandwich so that when I got it home I could warm it up. I am expecting and cannot have cold cuts unless it has been warmed up. They flat out refused. Very poor customer service.

This place lies to you. Beware and check your order before driver leaves. I was shorted a bag of chips. 30 minutes on they back to the store after delivering more orders I finally got my chips. They said they would make a special trip to me.to complete the order but they lied. Glad I am moving soon! What a joke!

They won’t deliver less than one mile down the street where I live at. And so I give detailed ordering information online as to make sure everything is made correctly and they still couldn’t make the sandwiches right. The order was right there. It even shows the correct order on my receipt they gave me with the order that I had to pick up. Penn station is way worth the pick up compared to Jimmy John’s. Won’t be ordering again.
