07/21/23-When I placed my order the employee taking my order was speaking extremely low, so I stated I was having a hard time hearing him/her and I was given immediate attitude. overlooked that and still placed my order. I paid and waited in the drive thru at the window for over 20 minutes. They were horse playing around and not one of them checked to see if I had my food. I paid for Jimmy chips, turkey Tom with 2 kicking ranch sauces, and asked for provolone cheese. I paid and gave a $5.00 tip only to not receive what I ordered. My sandwich was mangled, no provolone cheese and no chips, and last no receipt. The young lady that gave me my food asked me to pay and I stated I had already paid and left a tip. Which at this point I wish I had not. I asked the young lady for my chips and was told it would be another $1.34. I said I order chips and paid for my order. The young lady asked me for a receipt. I told her the young man that I paid did not give me a receipt. She said well, it’s just another dollar and change. I said no thank you and left. When I arrived home my sandwich was not made properly and missing the cheese i paid extra for. I will not revisit Jimmy John’s again if this is how they treat their customers. Extremely disappointed .

I just wanted to say that everything about my experience today was top notch! I ordered online to pay in the store. My order was exactly right – no tomato, take bread out, cut in half and with napkins. Not too difficult, but usually it is not 100 percent correct at other locations I frequent. It was completely correct here today. Thank you! I’ll be back!

Typically I like this place, but last time I went they were very slow. My fiancé ordered a wrap, and they only put lettuce and chicken in there. It didn’t taste very good. My sandwich was also made very messy.

This is the worst sandwich I have ever received from Jimmy Johns. Barely any turkey, or tomatoes mostly mayo and lettuce. This was not representative of a jimmy johns sandwich and its ridiculous I had to pay so much more for this lack of a sandwich.

Ordered four sandwiches online arrived 20 minutes later. I walk in order hasn’t even been started after sitting in there for 10 mins they decided to tell me they don’t have any bread only sliced wheat and little john bread. How does a sandwich business run out of bread hahaha. This location is terrible I live in the area Penn Station will always get my business from now on.
