Really disappointed, I’ve never had an issue with Jimmy John’s until i just received my order. I ordered a #11 country club, with the way it comes just extra mayo. However, that is not what I received. There are not only onions, but also oil with seeds and peppers. I’m so sad because i’m on my lunch break and can’t even eat this sandwich because I am allergic to peppers (jalapeños and red peppers are on the sandwich). Other than that, everything would have been fine but now I can’t even eat my food.

The food was Good! But the staff need some serious training. Never have i been to a Jimmy Johns where, no one says hi, greets you or acknowledges you. The older lady at the register is AWFUL. I literally had to ask her if i was standing in the right place bc she completely ignored me; she was super Rude, slow, asked multiple times what i wanted, cut me off before finishing my order, then forgot my sides! She absolutely needs to be removed from the position & learn good customer service! Love JJ but completely uncalled for.

Whatever you do, do not order on the app or online. An hour and twenty minutes later, they arrive with soggy sandwiches that sat in someone’s car an hour before being delivered. Spoke to Dan, the manager, and that is acceptable standard operating procedure now. Not what you would expect for over $20 for two sandwiches. I guess freaky fast is defined differently now days! I understand staffing shortages, but how about a heads up on the app please if your lunch will be over before you get the delivery!

Its been an hour and a half since I ordered food for my pregnant wife (one slim and a bag of chips). The store assures me that its out for delivery, but it still hasn’t arrived. When I called in the staff was not apologetic and did not offer to make it right. They just kept saying it will be here soon and to be patient. I live less than 5 minutes from the store but can’t pick it up myself bc I’m working. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

I have ordered from this locations 3 times now for lunch. The product is outstanding. Fresh every time and delivered very fast. I am only 3 blocks away, but still think they are going a great job … let complainers complain. I’m impressed.

I will never order from this Jimmy John’s again! It took our order an hour to get to the house after it left the restaurant. When it finally arrived the sandwiches were not cold and my order was wrong. Having worked in restaurants I was concerned about food safety so I called to let them know what happened. The manager told me that they do not guarantee delivery times and that there was nothing he could do about it. I told him I wasn’t concerned about how long it took, but the fact that it was not cold when it arrived and asked for a credit. He said no, there’s nothing I can do and then hung up on me. Worst customer service!
