First time ever having any food from Jimmy johns we each got a box lunch which we each got there turkey with lettuce and tomatoes and mayo plus provolone cheese plus came with chips, pickle spear and huge cookie i do not know what the bread was made of but it was so delicious in fact we will be buying from Jimmy johns again

I cant recommend this place at all. it’s been over a year since we visited haven’t been because of food being made wrong… well sad to say it’s the exact same way…not even wasting my time with calling because that’s what it was the last time. A waste.

Placed online order for delivery at 5:20pm. I called the store at 6:20pm to check on its status. Employee informed me that they did not have a driver and my order was voided. No one from the store called me, I had to find out an hour later when I called them. Terrible service and this is not the first time this has happened. I will not order from the McKinley store again. Poorly Managed

I made the mistake of ordering through DoorDash. 30 minutes later I call and the person over the phone answers: “Jimmy John’s”. I was like just checking up on my order it’s been a while. Dude says “it’s already been refunded we don’t have a driver tonight”. Mind you DoorDash still says preparing order. Why keep the option to order open? And why not call to let the customer know? Dude over the phone didn’t even try to apologize! I usually don’t review places unless it’s absolutely terrible so this wins the trophy of the most terrible service. What a joke!

Always clean. Friendly staff. Excellent Food. I get the number 2. The bread is the best ive ever had for sub sandwiches. Excellent place to eat if you dont want to be weighed down with all the extra grease involved eating fast food.

I did put a bad review on here before but only because of how long it took for delivery. I have since learned that they have only 1 driver for delivery. We love their sandwiches and order from them every couple of weeks..enough that they know our order as soon as I give them my name…lol.Now that we are aware of the delivery situation we are not bothered by how long it takes and just make sure we order early but they have been getting it to us pretty quickly especially considering there’s only 1 driver. Sorry about the previous bad review guys..you’re back to being our sandwich shop!! Keep up the good work!
